베트남 결혼이주여성의 문화적응 스트레스가 양육효능감에 미치는 영향: 정서조절능력의 조절효과를 중심으로

The Effect of Acculturative Stress on Parenting Sense of Competence of the Vietnamese Marriage Migrant Women in Korea: Focusing on the Moderating Effect of Emotional Regulation Competency

본 연구의 목적은 한국에서 한국생활을 경험하고 있는 베트남 결혼이주여성의 문화적응 스트레스가 양육효능감에 미치는 영향을 탐색하고 이러한 관계 속에서 정서조절능력의 조절효과가 있는지 확인하는 것이다. 연구를 위해 전국에 거주하고 있는 베트남 결혼이주여성 306명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 회수한 설문지에서 불성실하게 응답한 설문지 24부를 제외하여 총 282부가 사용되었다. 베트남 결혼이주여성의 문화적응 스트레스, 양육효능감, 정서조절능력에서의 관계를 파악하기 위해 SPSS Statistics 26.0 프로그램을 사용하여 분석했다. 그 결과, 베트남 결혼이주여성의 문화적응 스트레스 상황에 따라 양육효능감에 관한 정서조절능력 조절효과가 있음을 확인하였다. 이는 문화적응 스트레스가 높음에도 불구하고 정서조절능력이 높을 경우, 양육효능감을 높일 수 있음을 시사한다. 본 연구는 베트남 결혼이주여성의 정서조절능력에 대한 이해와 그 중요성을 인식하도록 하는 것만 아니라 중요도와 필요성을 알리고 강조하여 베트남 결혼이주여성들의 문화적응 스트레스와 관련한 당면할 수 있는 다양한 문제에 대해 개선 방향을 모색하는데 그 기초자료를 제공했다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

The purpose of this study was to explore the effect of cultural adaptation stress on the parenting efficacy of Vietnamese married migrant women living in Korea, and to determine whether emotional regulation has a moderating effect on this relationship. A survey was conducted with 306 Vietnamese married migrant women across the country, and a total of 282 responses were analyzed excluding 24 random or incomplete responses. The SPSS program was used to analyze the relationship between cultural adaptation stress, parenting efficacy, and emotional regulation ability. The results indicated that emotional regulation has a moderating effect on parenting efficacy in the context of cultural adaption stress. This finding suggests that high emotional regulation ability can enhance parenting efficacy, even under high cultural adaptation stress.
