미혼 성인의 고독동기가 심리적 안녕감에 미치는 영향: 인지적 정서조절전략의 매개효과

The Effect of Solitude Motivation on Psychological Well-being in Single Adults: The Mediating Effect of Cognitive Emotional Regulation Strategies

략의 매개효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 온라인 설문조사를 통해 만20∼39세의 미혼 성인 274명의 자료를 수집하였으며 SPSS 21.0과 AMOS 21.0를 활용하여 자료를 분석하였다. 결과를 살펴보면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 자기결정적 고독동기는 심리적 안녕감, 적응적 인지적 정서조절전략과 유의한 정적 상관을 보였으며, 비자기결정적 고독동기는 심리적 안녕감, 적응적 인지적 정서조절전략과는 부적상관, 부적응적 인지적 정서조절전략과 정적 상관을 나타냈다. 둘째, 자기결정적 및 비자기결정적 고독동기와 심리적 안녕감의 관계에서 적응적 인지적 정서조절전략의 매개효과는 유의미한 결과가 나타났다. 셋째, 자기결정적 및 비자기결정적 고독동기와 심리적 안녕감의 관계에서 부적응적 인지적 정서조절전략의 매개효과는 유의미하지 않았다. 이는 자기결정적 고독동기와 비자기결정적 고독동기는 적응적 인지적 정서조절전략을 통해 심리적 안녕감에 영향을 미친다는 것을 의미한다. 마지막으로 연구결과를 토대로 연구의 의의와 한계점 및 제언에 대해 논의하였다.

This study investigated the effect of solitude motivation on psychological well-being in unmarried adults and examined the mediating effect of cognitive emotional regulation strategies, data were collected from 274 unmarried adults aged 20 to 39 through an online survey. The analysis was conducted using SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 21.0. The results are as follows: First, self-determination solitude motivation showed a significant positive correlation with psychological well-being and adaptive cognitive emotional regulation strategies. In contrast, non-self-determination solitude motivation was negatively correlated with psychological well-being, adaptive cognitive emotional regulations strategies, and maladaptive cognitive emotional regulation strategies. Second, adaptive cognitive emotional regulation strategies significantly mediated the relationship between both self-determination and non-self-determination solitude motivation and psychological well-being. Third, the mediating effect of maladaptive cognitive emotional regulation strategies was not significant in the relationship between self-determination and non-self-determination solitude motivation and psychological well-being. This findings indicate that both self-determination solitude motivation and non-self-determination solitude motivation affect psychological well-being through adaptive cognitive emotional regulation strategies. Finally, the significance, limitations, and suggestions of the study were discussed based on the research results.
