전환능력검사와 직업흥미검사에 기반한 특수학교 고등학생의 개별화교육계획 수립

Establishment of Individualized Education Plan for High School Students in Special Schools Based on Transition Competency Assessment and Vocational Interest Test

이 연구는 전환능력검사와 직업흥미검사의 직업평가에 기반하여 특수학교의 개별화교육계획을 수립하는 방안을 제시하는 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 경기도 소재 특수학교 고등학교 학생 20명을 의도적 표집을 하였다. 전환능력검사는 교사가, 직업흥미검사는 학생 또는 교사가 실시하였다. 연구자는 수집된 데이터를 분석하여 결과와 교육의 시사점을 교사를 대상으로 설명회를 통해 안내하였다. 이후 교사는 데이터와 학부모와의 상담을 통해 개별화교육계획을 수립하였다. 주요 결과로 첫째, 전환능력검사의 결과에 따른 학생의 특성과 교사의 교육 요구도를 종합한 우선순위에 기반한 진로 및 직업교육의 방향성을 확인하였다. 둘째, 직업흥미검사와 특수교육 교육과정 교과와의 종적·횡적 연계성을 확인하였다. 셋째, 개별화교육계획 작성에서 학생에 대한 객관적인 데이터와 교사의 교육적 경험을 기반으로 하는 학생 맞춤형 진로 및 직업교육의 가능성을 확인하였다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 직업평가에 의거한 진로 및 직업교육을 위한 시사점을 논의하였다.

The purpose of this study was to suggest a method of establishing an individualized education plan for special schools based on a transition competency assessment and a vocational interest test. For this purpose, 20 high school students from special schools located in Gyeonggi-do were sampled using purposive sampling. The transition competency assessment was conducted by teachers and the vocational interest test was conducted by students or teachers. The researcher analyzed the data collected from teachers and provided information on the results and implications for education through briefing sessions. Afterwards, the teacher established an individualized education plan through data and consultation with parents. The main results are as follows. First, the direction of career and vocational education based on priorities was confirmed by combining student characteristics and teachers' educational needs according to the transition competency assessment. Second, the vertical and horizontal linkages between the vocational interest test and the subjects of the special education curriculum were confirmed. Third, in establishing an individualized education plan, the possibility of customized career and vocational education for students based on objective data about students and teachers' educational experiences was confirmed. Based on these results, the implications for the career and vocational education based on vocational evaluation were discussed.
