집단따돌림 피해 경험에 관한 국내 학술지 연구 동향

Research Trends of Domestic Journals on the Experience of Victimization by Peer Rejection

본 연구의 목적은 국내 학술지를 중심으로 집단따돌림 피해 경험 연구의 동향을 살펴보고, 향후 보완해 나가야 할 부분과 연구의 방향을 제시하는 것이다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위해 국내 등재 학술지에 게재된 60편의 논문을 기초로 게재 연도, 연구 대상 관련 특성, 연구 방법과 유형, 측정 도구, 연구 변인을 중심으로 분석하였다. 그 결과, 2000년부터 꾸준히 연구가 진행되었으나 양적인 면에서 매우 미비하고, 주 연구 대상은 청소년으로 양적 연구 방법에 편중되어 있는 것으로 나타났다. 측정 도구는 또래로부터의 따돌림 척도(Peer-Victimization Scale)가 가장 많이 활용되었으며, 연구 변인은 우울, 불안의 정서 관련 변인과 자존감관련 개인 변인이 가장 많이 연구되고 있었다. 향후 집단따돌림 피해 경험 연구는 질적 연구를 확대하여 피해자가 경험하는 심리적 특성을 심층적으로 이해하고, 한국적 특성에 적합한 도구를 개발하여 변인 간 관계 연구를 기반으로 예방 및 피해자 치료를 위한 구체적인 개입과 그 효과를 검증하는 프로그램 개발이 이루어져야 할 것이다.

The purpose of this study is to examine the trend of research on the experience of victimization by peer rejection focusing on domestic journals, and suggest point of future improvement and direction of researches. To achieve the foregoing purpose, this study analyzed focusing on the year of publication, relevant characteristics of research subjects, research methods and types, measurement tools and research variables based on the 60 papers published in domestic journals. Results show that research have been carried out consistently since 2000 but are considered very insufficient in terms of quantity, and main subjects are the youth, giving too much emphasis on quantitative research method. As for the measurement tool, Peer-Victimization Scale accounts for the majority and individual variables related to self-esteem in addition to variables regarding emotion such as depression and anxiety have been researched the most. Follow-up research on the experience of victimization by peer rejection need specific intervention for prevention and treatment of victims, and development of a program to verify the effect based on the relevant research between variables through in-depth understanding of psychological characteristics experienced by the victims and development of a tool suited to the characteristics of Korea by expanding qualitative research.
