비교과 교육과정에 대한 평가체계 운영사례 연구 PDCA : K 대학을 중심으로K

A Study of the PDCA Evaluation System for Extracurricular Curriculum : Focusing on the Case of K University

연구 목적: 본 연구는 비교과 교육과정 평가체계 운영 사례 및 그 성과 분석을 제시함으로 비교과 교육과 정의 질 제고를 위한 시사점을 탐색하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 연구 방법: K대학의 비교과 교육과정 평가체계를 3년 동안 운영한 자료를 분석하였다. 연구 결과: 평가체계 운영 결과 참여자 모집 방법 개선 프로그램 심화 단계 도입 프로그램 구성 및 진행 방식 개편 학습자 요구 반영 대응 참여자 동기 유발 평가기준의 구체화 사회적 요구, COVID-19 반영 등의 이루어져 프로그램의 질이 향상되었다. 이는 학생 참여율 및 만족도의 연속 향상의 성과로 이어짐을 확인할 수 있었다. 결론 및 제언: 비교과 평가체계를 통해 효과적인 질 제고를 하기 위해서는 비교과 운영 부서의 평가에 대한 이해 평가 체계 내의 교육 성과를 드러낼 수 있는 목표 설정 대학 간 성과의 메타분석 등의 후속연구를 제언한다.

The purpose of this study was to explore the implications for improving the quality of the non-curricular curriculum through analysing the operation and outcome of the non-curricular curriculum evaluation system. Non-major curriculum evaluation system of K University was operated for 3 years, and the data were analyzed. The quality of the program was improved by improving the method of recruiting participants, introducing the program intensification stage, reorganizing the program composition and progress, reflecting learner needs, responding to COVID-19, motivating participants, specifying evaluation standards, and reflecting social needs. It was confirmed that this leads to the result of continuous improvement of student participation rate and satisfaction. Follow-up studies such as understanding the evaluation of the non-curricular curriculum department, setting goals that can reveal the educational performance within the evaluation system, and meta-analysis of inter-university performance are suggested.
