장애인활동지원서비스 만족도가 장애인의 사회참여에 미치는 영향 : 자립의지 매개효과를 중심으로

A study on the Effect of Satisfaction with Personal Assistance Services for Disabled on Social Participation : Focusing on the Mediating effect of Self-reliance

본 연구는 장애인활동지원서비스의 궁극적인 목적인 장애인 사회참여와 자립의지에 어떠한 영향을 미치는 확인하기 위하여 장애인활동지원서비스 만족도(기관, 이용, 내용)를 세분화하고 사회참여와 자립의지의 직·간접적 효과를 확인하였다. 이를 위해 장애인활동지원서비스를 실행하고 있는 자립생활센터에 6개월 이상 장애인활동지원서비스 이용 경험이 있고, 자발적 참여의사를 밝힌 장애인 218명을 대상으로 2022년 8월 – 10월까지 설문조사를 하였다. 연구분석은 구조방정식으로 직접효과와 매개효과를 확인하였다. 연구결과, 장애인활동지원서비스 기관만족도와 내용만족도의 서비스 중 가사활동, 양육활동, 출퇴근 활동 지원의 만족은 자립 의지를 높이는 직접 효과가 나타났다. 또한, 서비스 중 양육활동과 출퇴근활동 지원의 만족은 사회참여를 높이는 직접 효과도 나타났다. 한편, 직접효과가 없던 기관 만족과 가사활동 만족은 자립의지를 매개하여 사회참여를 높이는 간접효과를 보였다. 이를 기반으로 사회복지 정책 및 임상적 제언을 제시하였다.

This study analyzed the direct and indirect effects of satisfaction with institution, service method, and service contents of Personal Assistance Service for disabled (PAS) on social participation and selfreliance. A survey was conducted on 218 people with disabilities who had more than six months of experience using the PAS at the Independent Living Center for the Disabled from August to October 2022. Direct and mediating effects were analyzed using a structural equation model. The results showed that satisfaction with institutions, housework, parenting, and commuting activities of PAS directly affected selfreliance support, and satisfaction with parenting and commuting activities had a direct positive effect on social participation. Satisfaction with institutions and housework activities, which had no direct effect, indirectly increased social participation by mediating self-reliance. Based on these results, social welfare policies and practical suggestions are presented.
