그룹코칭 프로그램에 대한 주제범위 문헌고찰

Thematic Literature Review on Group Coaching Programs

본 연구는 주제범위 문헌고찰을 통해 그룹코칭 프로그램에 대한 연구동향을 살펴보고 향후 바람직한 연구 방향을 제시하는 데 목적을 두고 있다. 이를 위하여 2023년 12월까지 국내 학술논문 중 주제범위 고찰 방법에서 제시한 6단계 과정을 거쳐 최종 17편의 문헌을 선정하고 결과를 도출하였다. 선정된 17편 모두 그룹코칭 주요 프로그램으로 활용하고 프로그램의 효과를 측정하였다. 15편이 비동등성 대조군 유사 실험연구를 진행하였고, 2편은 단일 집단 사전 및 사후 설문조사 설계로 연구를 진행하였다. 연구는 중학생, 청소년, 대학생 등 학생이 9편(47%)로 가장 많았으며 일반 성인 2편(11%), 경력단절 여성에 대한 연구가 2편(11%)이고 나머지는 간호사, 사회복지사, 중간 관리자, 유방암 환자, 사무직 노동자에 대한 연구가 각각 1편(5.8%) 씩 총 4편이었다. 종속변인으로는 자기효능감(5편)과 회복탄력성(2편)이 가장 높았다. 본 연구의 결과로 첫째, 그룹코칭 프로그램에 대한 다양한 질적, 양적 연구를 제안한다. 둘째, 향후 그룹코칭 프로그램 관련 연구의 발전 방향의 연구를 제안한다.

The purpose of this study is to examine research trends in group coaching programs through a scoping review and to suggest desirable future research directions. To this end, 17 final papers were selected by December 2023 and the results were derived using the six-step process outlined in the scoping review methodology from domestic academic papers. All 17 selected papers employed group coaching as the major program and measured its effectiveness. 15 papers conducted quasi-experimental studies with non-equivalent control groups, while two papers employed a single-group pre- and post-survey design. The study participants included middle school students, adolescents, and university students in 9 papers (47%), general adults in 2 papers (11%), and career-interrupted women in 2 papers (11%). In addition, the remaining 4 papers (5.8% each) focused on nurses, social workers, middle managers, breast cancer patients, and office workers. The most frequently measured dependent variables were self-efficacy (5 papers) and resilience (2 papers). Based on these study findings, it was recommended various qualitative and quantitative studies are conducted on group coaching programs. Additionally, the study proposed future research directions for the development of group coaching program studies.
