학교 밖 청소년의 창업가정신 교육의 경험이 창업가정신 핵심역량 증진에 미치는 효과

A Study on the Effect of Out-of-school Youth's Experience of Entrepreneurship Education on the Promotion of Entrepreneurial Core Competency

본 연구는 학교 밖 청소년의 창업가정신 교육이 창업가정신 핵심역량에 미치는 효과를 분석하기 위한 사전‧사후 연구이다. 연구대상은 직업역량강화 프로그램 및 자립취업지원서비스 프로그램, 창업동아리 프로그램에 참여한 A도 학교 밖 청소년이었다. 본 연구는 2024년 4월 17일부터 2박 3일간“어쩌다 창업, 청소년 창업 스타트 캠프”에 참여한 학교 밖 청소년 47명에게 설문지를 통해 자료를 수집하였다. 본 연구는 먼저 학교 밖 청소년의 학업중단 및 진로, 직업, 창업에 대한 설문조사를 실시하였다. 다음으로 학교 밖 청소년의 창업가정신 교육효과를 측정하기 위하여 청소년 창업가정신 핵심역량 진단 도구를 통해 사전‧사후 검사를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료분석은 SPSS 21.0 프로그램과 Graph prisim을 이용하여 t검증으로 집단 간 평균값을 분석하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 학교 밖 청소년의 창업가정신 교육참여가 가치창출 역량에 미치는 효과는 사전검사보다 사후검사에서 통계적으로 유의하게 높게 나타났다. 창업가정신 교육참여가 도전역량에 미치는 효과는 사전검사 보다 사후검사에서 통계적으로 유의하게 높게 나타났다. 창업가정신 교육참여가 자기주도역량에 미치는 효과는 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 마지막으로 창업가정신 교육참여가 집단창의 역량에 미치는 효과는 사전검사보다 사후검사에서 통계적으로 유의하게 높게 나타났다.

This study is a pre-test and post-test to analyze the effect of entrepreneurship education of out-of-school youth on entrepreneurship core competencies. The subjects of this study were out-of-school youth in A Province who participated in the vocational competency enhancement program, self-reliance employment support service program, and start-up club. This study collected data through a questionnaire to 47 out-of-school youth who participated in the "Youth Start-up Camp" for 2 nights and 3 days from April 17, 2024. This study first conducted a questionnaire survey on dropout students, career, occupation, and start-up of out-of-school youth. Next, in order to measure the effect of entrepreneurship education of out-of-school youth, pre-test and post-test was conducted through the youth entrepreneurship core competency diagnosis tool. For the collected data analysis, the average value between groups was analyzed by t-test using the SPSS 21.0 program and Graph Prisim. The research results are as follows. The effect of participation in entrepreneurship education of out-of-school youth on their value-creating competency was statistically higher in the post-test than in the pre-test. The effect of participation in entrepreneurship education on challenge competency was statistically significantly higher in the post-test than in the pre-test. There was no significant difference in the effect of participation in entrepreneurship education on self-directed competency. Finally, the effect of participation in entrepreneurship education on group creativity was statistically significantly higher in the post-test than in the pre-test.
