대학 성인학습자의 디지털 리터러시 합양 프로그램 수용 및 활용 의도 분석

Analysis of perceived adoption and utilization intention of digital literacy program among adult learners higher education

본 연구는 대학 성인학습자의 디지털 리더러시 함양 프로그램에 대한 수용 및 활용의도를 살펴보는 데 목적이 있다. 연구문세는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 개인 변인에 따라 성인학습자가 지각하는 디지털 리터러시 합양 프로그램의 수용 및 활용 의도의 차이는 어떠한가? 둘째, 대학 성인학습자가 지각하는 디지털 리터러시 함양 프로그램의 수용 및 활용 의도는 지속적 수용 의도에 어떠한 영향을 주는가? 본 연구를 위하여 A 광역시 B 대학교에 재학 중인 성인학습자 253 명을 대상으로 상대적 유용성, 복잡성, 관찰가능성, 시도가능성, 지속적 수용 의도, 자기효능감으로 구성된 설문도구를 활용하여 조사를 실시하였다. 독립표본 t 검정, 일원배치분산분석, 입력방식의 중다희귀분석을 실시하여 성인학습자가 지각하는 디지털 리터러시 함양 프로그램의 수용 및 활용 의도를 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 학력이 높은 성인학습자가 디지털 리터러시 합양 프로그램에 대한 시도가능성, 자기효능감을 더 높이 지각하고 있으며, 연령이 낮은 학습자일수록 상대적 유용성을 높이 지각한다. 둘째, 대학 성인학습자가 지각하는 디지털 리터러시 함양 프로그램의 수용 및 활용 의도는 지속적 수용 의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다. 본 연구의 결과는 향후 대학 성인학습자의 디지털 리더러시 합양 프로그램 수용 및 활용 의도는 성인학습자의 디지털 리터러시 함양을 위한 프로그램의 개발 및 운영에 실제적인 자료로 활용할 수 있다.

This study was to investigate the adoption and utilization intentions of digital literacy program among adult learners in higher education. The research questions were as follows: First, how do individual variables affect the adoption and utilization intentions of digital literacy program among adult learners? Second, what is the effect of perceived adoption and utilization intentions of digital literacy program on continuous adoption intention among adult learners? To address research questions, a survey was conducted with 253 adult learners at B University in A Metropolitan City. The survey consisted of items measuring relative advantage, complexity, observability, trialability, continuous adoption intention, and self—efficacy. Independent t—test s, one—way ANOVA, and multiple regression analysis were conducted. The results are as follows. First, adult learners with higher levels of education perceived higher trialability and self—efficacy regarding digital literacy program, while learners with lower grades and ages perceived higher relative advantage. Second, there was a positive effect of perceived adoption and utilization intentions of digital literacy program on continuous adoption intention among adult learners.
