미메시스 관점에서의 내러티브 정체성 : 진로구성주의를 중심으로

Narrative Identity from a Mimesis Perspective : Focusing on Career Constructivism

본 연구의 목표는 사비커스의 진로구성주의 이론의 핵심인 내러티브 정체성을 아리스토텔레스와 리쾨르의 미메시스 관점에서 이해하는 것이다. 아리스토텔레스는 행동의 미메시스를 미토스로 정의하였으며, 이를 발전시킨 리쾨르는 삼중의 미메시스 개념을 제시한다. 미메시스Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ에 따라 연대기적인 경험의 계열체가 비연대기적인 이야기의 통합체로 어떻게 재구성되는지, 그리고 내러티브 정체성이 어떻게 삶에 적용될 수 있는지 탐구하였다. 본 연구는 이와 같은 분석이 미메시스 관점에서의 내러티브 정체성에 대한 이해를 심화시키고, 향후 직업 중심 진로상담이 정체성 중심 진로상담으로 확장될 수 있기를 기대한다.

The goal of this study is to understand the Narrative Identity, which is the core of Savickas’s Career Constructivism from the perspective of Aristoteles and Ricoeur's Mimesis. Aristoteles defined mimesis of action as Mythos, and Ricoeur developed it to Triple Mimesis. The researcher explored how the 'series of chronological experiences' is reconstructed into the 'integration of non-chronological stories' according to the development of the Mimesis I, II, and III, and how narrative identity can be applied to life. This study hopes that such an analysis will deepen the understanding of narrative identity from the perspective of mimesis, and that job-oriented career counseling will be extended to identity-oriented career counseling in the future.
