가족센터 실무자의 가족중심실천이 가족의 대처능력에 미치는 영향: A시 가족센터 사례를 중심으로

Impact of Family-Centered Practice of Social Worker on Coping Abilities of Clients: Focused on the Case of Family Center in A City

본 연구는 가족의 대처능력에 미치는 영향요인을 확인하려는 목적으로 수행하였다. 특히 본 연구는 가족센터 실무자의 가족중심실천이 이용자의 대처능력에 주는 독자적인 영향력을 파악하는데 초점을 두었다. 연구목적 달성을 위해 가족센터를 이용하고 있는 가족구성원 165명을 대상으로 수집한 2차 자료를 활용하였다. 주요 연구문제 해결을 위해 위계적 다중 회귀분석을 실시한 결과, 개인요인, 심리사회요인을 통제한 후에도 가족중심실천은 가족센터 이용자의 대처능력에 유의한 정적영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과에 기반하여, 가족센터 이용자의 대처능력강화를 위한 구체적인 사회복지적 함의를 제안하였다.

The purpose of the study was to identify factors influencing coping abilities of clients using family center, with a special focus on the impact of family-centered practice. To answer the major research question, surveyed data from sample of 164 clients using family center, was analyzed. Result of the hierachical regression analysis showed that levels of family-centered practice of workers in family center had a significant positve effect on coping abilities of clients, after accounting for control variables in the study. Based on the results of the study, details of social work implications to improve coping abilities of clients using family center were discussed.
