초등학생의 비즈쿨(BizCool) 프로그램 참여가 진로 성숙도에 미치는 효과

The Effect of Elementary School Students’s Participation in BizCool Program on Career Maturity

본 연구의 목적은 비즈쿨 프로그램이 초등학생의 진로 성숙도에 미치는 효과를 규명하는 데 있다. 연구 대상은 충남 천안 C 초등학교 6학년 20명의 학생을 실험집단으로 하여 15차시의 비즈쿨 프로그램을 적용하였으며, 같은 학교의 6학년 학생 20명 중 비즈쿨 프로그램에 참여하지 않는 학생을 비교집단으로 선정하였다. 연구 분석은 진로 성숙도 사전·사후 검사를 실행하고 자료 분석은 SPSS 18.0 프로그램을 사용하여 독립표본 t-검증을 수행하여 효과를 검증하였다. 본 연구의 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 비즈쿨 프로그램을 적용한 실험집단 학생들은 비교집단 학생들보다 진로 성숙도 전체 및 하위영역에서 통계적으로 유의미한 변화가 있었다. 따라서 초등학생의 비즈쿨 프로그램 참여는 진로 성숙도 향상에 긍정적인 효과가 있음이 검증되었다. 둘째, 초등학생 대상 비즈쿨 프로그램을 적용한 실험집단의 사전·사후 진로 성숙도 검사에서 진로 성숙도 전체 및 하위영역에서 통계적으로 유의미하게 향상된 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 초등학생 대상 비즈쿨 프로그램이 진로 성숙도 향상에 효과가 있다고 해석할 수 있다. 이는 비즈쿨 프로그램 참여가 초등학생의 진로 성숙도 향상에 긍정적인 효과를 미치는 것으로 볼 수 있다. 따라서 비즈쿨 프로그램의 효과에 대한 검증을 위해 다양한 지역에서 나이와 성별에 따른 진로성숙도의 변화에 관한 후속 연구가 진행이 요구된다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of the BizCool program on the career maturity of elementary school students. The study subjects were 20 students in the 6th grade of Cheonan C Elementary School in Chungnam as an experimental group and applied the 15th BizCool program, and among the 20 6th grade students of the same school, students who did not participate in the BizCool program were selected as the comparison group. The study analysis performed pre-career maturity tests and post-career maturity tests, and the data analysis performed independent sample t-validation using the SPSS 18.0 program to verify the effectiveness. The main findings of this study were: First, students in the experimental group applying the BizCool program showed statistically significant changes in all and lower career maturity areas than those in the comparative group. Therefore, it has been verified that elementary school students' participation in the BizCool program has a positive effect on improving career maturity. Second, the pre-career maturity tests and post-career maturity tests of the experimental group applying the BizCool program for elementary school students showed statistically significant improvements in career maturity in all and lower areas. Therefore, it can be interpreted that the BizCool program for elementary school students is effective in improving career maturity. This can be seen as a positive effect of participating in the BizCool program in improving the career maturity of elementary school students. Therefore, follow-up studies on changes in career maturity according to age and gender are required in various regions to verify the effectiveness of the BizCool program.
