라키비움 전문성 향상을 위한 미술관 에듀케이터의 아카이브 활용 역량 강화 교육 연구

A study of museum educators' archival training to improve their expertise in Larchiveum

지식 및 정보 활용에 있어 올바른 공유의 가치 실현이 요구되는 현대사회에서 라키비움과 미술관 아카이브는 단순히 문화향유 수단을 넘어 교육적 경험과 연결되며 그 중요성이 대두되고 있다. 다양성에 기반한 확장가능성의 가치를 지닌 미술관 아카이브를 교육 콘텐츠로 활용하기 위해서는 미술관 내 교육담당 학예인력인 에듀케이터의 역할과 아카이브 활용 역량이 필수적으로 요구된다. 본 연구는 라키비움과 에듀케이터, 미술관 아카이브를 주제로 다루고 있는 국내 문헌 및 교육 프로그램 사례 분석과 실무자 심층 인터뷰를 통해 미술관 에듀케이터의 아카이브 활용 역량을 강화할 수 있는 교육 프로그램의 방향성을 제안하고자 하였다. 연구 결과 에듀케이터에게 요구되는 아카이브 활용 역량은 디지털 활용 역량, 리터러시 역량, 소통 역량이었으며, 이를 강화하기 위한 교육 프로그램의 방향성은 지속가능한 자원으로서 디지털 아카이브 개발 및 활용, 새로운 가치생산을 위한 확장가능성, 전문성 향상을 위한 협력관계의 이해를 주제로 관련 경험을 공유할 수 있는 강의를 포함한 워크샵의 형태로 제안하였다. 본 연구는 아카이브를 중심으로 운영되는 라키비움의 전문성 향상을 위해 미술관 에듀케이터의 역할과 미술관 아카이브의 교육적 가치를 연결지어 아카이브 역량 강화 교육의 필요성을 재고하고 그 방향성을 제안하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

In a modern society that demands the realization of the value of sharing knowledge and information, the archives of Larchiveum and museums are a means of educational experience. In order to utilize museum archives as educational contents with the value of scalability based on diversity, the role of educators, who are academic personnel in charge of education in museums, and their ability to utilize archives are essential. This study aims to suggest the direction of an educational program that can strengthen the archival literacy of museum educators through the analysis of domestic literature and educational program cases and in-depth interviews. The results of the study showed that educational programs to strengthen competencies is proposed in the topics of digital archives as a sustainable resource, scalability for creating new value, and understanding partnerships for professional improvement. This study is significant in that it reconsiders the need for archival capacity-building education and proposes a direction by linking the role of museum educators and the educational value of museum archives to improve the professionalism of the Larchiveum.
