<1+3 예술통합교육> 기반 교육과정 개발 연구 – ‘지각과 예술통합’ 강좌 운영 사례를 중심으로

Development of a Curriculum Based on the <1+3 Arts Integration Education> Model - A Case Study of the ‘perception and Arts Integration’ Course

본 연구는 시대적, 사회적 특성과 더불어 대학 내 예술교육의 변화 요구에 주목한 <1+3 예술통합교육의 교과과정 및 교수학습법>을 기반으로 한다. <1+3 예술통합교육>은 통합교육과 융합교육의 경계와 범위를 구분하지 않는 포괄적 개념을 중심에 두면서 문학, 미술, 음악, 영화 중 한 분야(1)의 주도하에 나머지 분야(3)를 통합해 아우르는 방식을 취한다. 예술 장르가 주요 감각, 지각과 어떠한 관계성을 보이며 통합되는지 어떠한 방식과 방법의 예술적 언어로 표현되는지 탐구하는 것에 주력하여 ‘지각과 예술통합’ 강좌를 개발·운영하였다. 교과과정 및 교육방안 설계를 위해 국내외 학술대회, 외부 전문가 초청 특강, 기술지원 워크숍, 사례조사 연구를 수행하여 기틀을 마련하였다. 나아가 사전적 접근의 비교과 수업 시범 운영의 골자를 토대로 본격적인 강좌 개발에 착수하였다. 수업은 각 분야의 전문가로 구성된 팀티칭, 이론과 실습의 병행과 결과물 창작의 일련의 교육과정으로 진행되었다. 참여 학생들은 ‘평소 접하기 어려운 다양한 예술통합 활동의 체험’, ‘폭넓은 예술 영역에 대한 배움의 기회 확대’, ‘주 전공 분야에 대한 심층 탐색 과정의 경험’, ‘다양한 예술적 기초 개념과 인용 사례에 기반한 감각 및 지각과의 예술통합 연계성에 대한 인식 확대’ 등의 효용성을 경험한 것으로 나타났다.

This study is based on the <1+3 Arts Integrated Education Curriculum and Teaching Methodology>, which addresses the evolving needs of university arts education within contemporary social and historical contexts. <1+3 Arts Integrated Education> surpasses the boundaries between integrated and convergent education by focusing on one primary discipline (literature, visual arts, music, or film) and integrating the other three. The course 'Perception and Arts Integration' was developed to explore how art genres relate to senses and perception and how these relationships are artistically expressed. The curriculum was designed through academic conferences, guest lectures, workshops, and case studies, leading to a pilot extracurricular class and subsequent formal course development. Delivered through team teaching by experts, the course combined theory and practice, culminating in final projects. Students benefited from diverse arts integration activities, expanded learning opportunities, in-depth exploration of their major fields, and increased awareness of the connections between perception and arts integration.
