미래 예비교사의 AI 리터러시와 교수 효능감 발달을 위한 교육청 캠프 운영 사례 연구

AI Literacy and Teaching Self-Efficacy Enhancement in Future Pre-service Teachers: A Case Study of Education Office Camp Implementation

연구목적: 본 연구의 목적은 미래 교사를 희망하는 고등학생들을 대상으로 AI 디지털 역량을 강화하기 위한 방학 중 교육청 캠프로 2024년도에 운영한 고교 윈터스쿨과 서머스쿨 강좌의 효과와 만족도를 분석하며, AI 활용교육 수업 사례를 공유하는 것이다. 연구방법: AI 기반 고교 윈터스쿨과 서머스쿨 강좌에 참여한 학생들의 AI에 대한 인식, AI 리터러시와 교수 효능감 측면에서 효과와 만족도를 측정하기 위해, 강좌 운영 전후에 구글폼을 활용하여 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 질적 자료로 보완하기 위해 연구 참여자들의 러닝 로그와 인터뷰를 보충자료로 보완하였다. 또한, 참여 학생들과 교수자들이 네이버 밴드를 통해 학습 과정 중 상호작용을 촉진하였고, 학생들의 AI 및 디지털 도구를 활용한 교수학습 콘텐츠 제작 등의 활동을 통해 산출물과 학습 과정을 관찰하였다. 연구결과: 자료분석 결과 AI에 대한 인식과 AI 리터러시, AI 교수 효능감 모두 통계적으로 유의미한 효과를 나타내었으며 높은 만족도를 나타내었다. 고교 윈터스쿨과 서머스쿨은 참가 학생들이 AI 리터러시와 교수 효능감을 발달시키고, 미래 교사로서의 역량을 키울 수 있도록 도움을 주었다. 결론: 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 교육청 캠프에 해당되는 고교 윈터스쿨과 서머스쿨 참가 학습자의 AI 리터터시와 교수효능감을 높이고 학습만족도 향상에 기여할 수 있음을 논의하고 미래 교사교육에도 교육적 시사점을 제공하였다.

Objective: This study analyzes the effectiveness of the Education Office's high school Winter/Summer School camp during school vacations for enhancing the artificial intelligence (AI) digital competences of high school students aspiring to become future teachers, and students' satisfaction. Methods: To measure the effects and satisfaction, we conducted pre- and post-course surveys using Google Forms to assess students' perception of AI, AI literacy, and teaching efficacy. We supplemented these quantitative data with qualitative data by utilizing participants' learning logs and conducting interviews. Finally, we fostered interaction among the participants during the learning process through Naver Band, and observed the outputs and learning process through activities such as creating teaching and learning content using AI and digital tools. Results: We found high satisfaction levels, and significant positive effects on students' perception of AI, AI literacy, and teaching efficacy. Clearly, the camp courses helped participating students develop AI literacy, enhance teaching efficacy, and build their competencies as future teachers. Conclusions: The "AI and Digital Competency Education Practicum for Future Teachers" conducted in the Winter/Summer School can enhance participants' AI literacy, teaching efficacy, and overall learning satisfaction. This has important educational implications for future teacher training.
