거부민감성이 역기능적 분노표현양식에 미치는 영향: 부적응적 자기초점주의와 자기개념 명확성의 매개효과

The Effects of Rejection Sensitivity on Dysfunctional Anger Expression Styles: Mediating Effects of Maladaptive Self-Focused Attention and Self-Concept Clarity

본 연구의 목적은 거부민감성이 역기능적 분노표현에 미치는 영향에서 부적응적 자기초점주의와 자기개념 명확성의 매개효과를 확인하는 것이다. 이를 위해 서울, 수도권에 거주 중인 성인남녀 400명을 대상으로 설문을 실시하였고, SPSS 23.0과 AMOS 23.0을 이용하여 연구가설을 검증하였다. 본 연구의 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 거부민감성, 부적응적 자기초점주의, 역기능적 분노표현의 상관분석 결과 이들 변인 간에 유의한 정적 상관이 나타났고 자기개념 명확성과는 유의한 부적 상관이 있는 것으 로 나타났다. 둘째, 거부민감성과 역기능적 분노표현간의 관계에서 부적응적 자기초점주의와 자기개념 명확성은 각각 유의한 부분 매개효과가 확인되었다. 셋째, 거부민감성과 역기능적 분노표현간의 관계에서 부적응적 자기초점주의와 자기개념 명확성이 순차적으로 이중 매개효과가 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 본 연구의 의의와 제한점 그리고 후속 연구에 대한 제언이 논의되었다.

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the mediating effects of maladaptive self-focused attention and self-concept clarity on the relationship between rejection sensitivity and dysfunctional anger expression. A total of 400 adults from Seoul and Gyeonggi-do completed survey, and the data were analyzed using SPSS 23.0 and AMOS 23.0. The main results of this study are as follows. First, both rejection sensitivity and maladaptive self-focused attention showed a significant positive correlation with dysfunctional anger expression, whereas self-concept clarity showed a significant negative correlation. Second, maladaptive self-focused attention and self-concept clarity were found to partially mediate the link between rejection sensitivity and dysfunctional anger expression. Third, a dual-mediation effect was observed, where maladaptive self-focused attention and self-concept clarity sequentially mediated the link between rejection sensitivity and dysfunctional anger expression. The significance and limitations of the study are discussed.
