장애인 평생교육 전문인력 양성 교육 프로그램의 구성 및 효과성 탐색 연구

A Study to Explore the Composition and Effectiveness of a Lifelong Education Professional Training Program for the People of Disabilities

이 연구는 장애인 평생교육 전문인력 양성 교육 프로그램의 구성과 효과성을 탐색하는데 주 목적이 있다. 장애인 평생교육 전문인력 양성 교육 프로그램 구성을 위해 장애인 평생교육, 양성과정, 접촉이론, 장애학, 프로그램 개발, 교육 프로그램 등 관련 키워드를 통해 문헌을 수집 및 검토하였다. 문헌 검토를 통해 구성한 장애인 평생교육 전문인력 양성 교육 프로그램(안)을 토대로 파일럿 테스트를 진행하여 교육 프로그램의 수정 및 보완사항을 확인하고, 사전-사후검사를 실시하여 효과성을 검증하였다. 파일럿 테스트는 2023년 9월부터 동년 12월까지 13주차에 걸쳐 실시하였으며, 장애인 평생교육 전공 대학원생 22명이 참여하였다. 파일럿 테스트를 통해 ‘지식(장애, 장애인 평생교육)’, ‘기술(프로그램 기뢱 및 개발, 학습참여-교수전략)’, ‘태도’ 역량으로 구분된 교육 프로그램을 개발하였으며, 사전-사후검사의 대응표본 t검정을 통해 그 효과성을 검증하였다. 분석 결과 ‘기술’, ‘태도’ 역량에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 확인하였다. 연구 결과를 기반으로 지역기반 장애인 평생교육 전문인력 양성을 위한 법률 등의 명문화, 참여자의 기존 전문성에 따른 교육 프로그램의 모듈형 적용 방안, 장애인 평생교육 전문인력 양성의 구심점이 되는 기관의 필요성 등을 제언하였다.

The purpose of this study is to explore the composition and effectiveness of an educ ation program for training professionals in lifelong education for the people of disabilitie s. In order to organize an education program for training professionals in lifelong educa tion for the people of disabilities, literature was collected and reviewed through related keywords such as lifelong education for the people of disabilities, training courses, conta ct theory, disability studies, program development, and education programs. Based on th e education program (draft) for training professionals in lifelong education for the peopl e of disabilities, a pilot test was conducted to confirm the modifications and supplement s of the education program, and a pre-post test was conducted to verify the effectivene ss. Through the pilot test, an educational program divided into 'knowledge, 'technology, and 'attitude' competencies was developed, and its effectiveness was verified through th e paired t-test of the pre-post test. Based on the research results, it suggested stipulati ng laws for fostering lifelong education professionals for the people of disabilities based on the research results, a modular application of educational programs according to the participants' existing expertise, and the necessity of an institution that is the center of fostering lifelong education professionals for the people of disabilities.
