알코올중독자의 단주자기효능감과 알코올회복이 자활의지에 미치는 영향: 회복탄력성의 매개효과

The Effects of Abstinence Self-Efficacy and Alcohol Recovery on the Willingness for Self-Sufficiency of Alcoholics: The Mediating Effects of Resilience

본 연구는 알코올중독자의 단주자기효능감과 알코올회복이 자활의지에 미치는 영향에서 회복탄력성의 매개효과를 검증하였다. 이를 위해 2023년 10월부터 11월까지 단주모임과 A.A.(Alcoholics Anonymous) 회원, 병원에 입원 중인 환자를 대상으로 설문조사를 진행하여 245 사례를 수집하였고 이중 응답이 불성실한 설문을 제외한 217부를 최종 분석자료로 활용하였다. 이들로부터 얻은 원자료는 SPSS와 AMOS를 활용하여 구조방정식 모형으로 검증하였다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 단주자기효능감, 알코올회복은 자활의지에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 알코올중독자의 단주자기효능감, 알코올회복과 자활의지 간의 관계에서 회복탄력성을 매개변인으로 설정한 매개모형이 적합한 모형으로 확인되었다. 변수 간 경로과정을 구체적으로 살펴보면 단주자기효능감, 알코올회복은 회복탄력성과 자활의지에 정적으로 유의한 영향이 나타났고 회복탄력성은 자활의지에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 단주자기효능감과 알코올회복 두 변수 모두 자활의지에 직접적 영향을 주었고 회복탄력성을 매개로 하여 간접적 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 연구결과를 바탕으로 알코올중독자의 자활의지를 높이기 위한 효과적이고 실천적인 개입방안을 제시하였다.

This study aims to examine how abstinence self-efficacy and alcohol recovery among alcoholics affect their willingness for self-sufficiency, and to elucidate the indirect mediating role of resilience in this relationship. To achieve this, a survey was conducted from October to November 2023, targeting participants from sobriety groups, A.A(Alcoholics Anonymous) members, and patients currently hospitalized. A total of 245 responses were collected, and 217 valid responses, excluding incomplete surveys, were used for the final analysis. The raw data obtained from these surveys were analyzed using structural equation modeling with SPSS and AMOS. The results are as follows: First, abstinence self-efficacy and alcohol recovery significantly influenced willingness for self-sufficiency. Second, the mediating model, which set resilience as a mediator in the relationship between abstinence self-efficacy, alcohol recovery, and willingness for self-sufficiency, was confirmed as a suitable model. Specifically, abstinence self-efficacy and alcohol recovery had significant positive effects on resilience and willingness for self-sufficiency, and resilience significantly influenced the willingness for self-sufficiency. Third, both abstinence self-efficacy and alcohol recovery had direct effects on the willingness for self-sufficiency and had indirect effects through resilience. Based on these findings, effective and practical intervention plans for alcoholics are suggested.
