Analysis was conducted using descriptive statistics, independent t-tests, ANOVA, analysis of Pearson’s correlation coefficient, and multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS 25.0 software. Results: The nursing professionalism score of the students was 3.78 out of 5. The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that the output of the regression model was statistically significant (F=15.99, p<.001) and learning ethics consciousness (β=-0.15, p=.015), human rights consciousness (β=0.31, p<.001), ethical values (β=0.27, p<.001), relationship with peers (β=-0.17, p=.011) and satisfaction with the major (β =-0.15, p=.015) had an explanatory power of 38.3% of nursing professionalism. Conclusion: To enhance nursing professionalism in students before clinical practice, it is essential to implement comprehensive and diverse strategies throughout the nursing course. Also, preparation is necessary to address new ethical issues arising from advancements in modern medical technology and digital culture, based on fostering respect for human life, human rights awareness, ethical sensitivity, and morality.
