영아교사의 부모교육역량 제고를 위한 교사교육 프로그램 개발 및 효과

Development and effectiveness of teacher education program to improve parent education competency of infant teachers

본 연구의 목적은 영아교사가 자신에게 요구되는 부모교육자로서의 역할을 인식하고 보육 현장에서 부모교육을 실행할 수 있는 영아교사의 부모교육역량 제고를 위한 교육 프로그램을 개발하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 분석 및 설계 단계에서 선행연구 분석 및 2세 영아반 담임교사 288명과 2세 자녀를 둔 부모 239명을 대상으로 요구조사를 실시하였다. 실행 단계에서는 영아교사 10명을 대상으로 프로그램(안)을 실행하고, 평가 단계에서는 실행 단계에서 수집한 자료를 토대로 수정⋅보완하여 최종 프로그램을 개발하였다. 영아교사의 부모교육역량 제고를 위한 교육 프로그램은 영아교사의 부모교육역량 범주인 교사의 지식, 기술, 태도 역량을 제고하는 것을 교육 목표로 하고, 교육내용은 교육 목표와 연계하여 8개의 주제를 선정하여 조직하였다. 교수학습 방법은 강의, 현장사례중심토의, 기질 검사, 현장 방문, 사례를 통한 역할극 활동을 통해 이루어지며, 8회기(16차시) 동안 오프라인을 통해 운영된다. 본 연구의 결과는 영아교사의 부모교육역량 제고를 위한 프로그램이 적극적으로 실시되어야 하며, 부모교육역량을 종합적으로 제고할 수 있는 프로그램이 필요함을 시사한다.

The purpose of this study is to develop an educational program to enhance the parental education competency of infant teachers so that infant teachers can recognize their role as parental educators and implement parental education in the child care field. To this end, prior research analysis and a demand survey were conducted in the analysis and design stage and 288 teachers in charge of the 2-year-old infant class and 239 parents with 2-year-old children. In the implementation stage, a program (draft) was executed for 10 infant teachers, and in the evaluation stage, the final program was developed by revising and supplementing based on the data collected in the implementation stage. The educational program to enhance the parental education competency of infant teachers aims to enhance the knowledge, skills, and attitudes of teachers, which are the categories of parental education competency of infant teachers, and the educational content was organized by selecting eight topics in connection with the educational goal. Teaching and learning methods are conducted through lectures, field case-oriented discussions, temperament tests, field visits, and role-play activities through cases, and are operated offline for the 8th session (16th session). The results of this study suggest that programs to enhance parental education competency of infant teachers should be actively implemented, and programs that can comprehensively enhance parental education competency are needed.
