직업계고 학점제 공동교육과정 운영 실태 분석을 통한 지원 방안 탐색

Exploration of support plans through analysis of the operation of the joint curriculum of the vocational high school credit system

이 연구의 목적은 직업계고 교육과정이 더욱 다양하고 유연하게 운영될 수 있도록 직업계고 공동교육과정의 운영 실태와 요구를 분석하고 이에 기반한 지원 방안을 탐색하는데 있다. 직업계고 공동교육과정 운영 실태 분석을 위해 2023년에 직업계고 ‘공동교육과정’을 운영한 142개 직업계고 담당교사가 참여한 설문조사 결과를 활용하였다. 연구 결과, 직업계고 학점제 공동교육과정 운영 지침 마련, 공동교육과정의 원활한 운영을 위한 지원시스템 마련, 학교특성을 고려한 공동교육과정 운영 모형 다양성 모색, 직업계고 학점제 공동교육과정 교수지도 및 평가 실행 지침 마련과 우수사례 공유, 공동교육과정 참여교사 역할별 지원 방안 모색, 직업계고 학점제 공동교육과정 활성화를 위한 시도교육청 역할 강화, 공동교육과정 행정업무 효율화를 위한 나이스(NEIS) 개선을 제언하였다.

The purpose of this study is to explore support measures based on the current status and needs of the joint curriculum of the vocational high school credit system in order to overcome the limitations of the curriculum operation of uniform and rigid schools. The results of the survey for 142 vocational high school teachers who operated the “joint Curriculum” in 2023 were used to analyze the actual condition of the “joint Curriculum Operation” of vocational high schools. As a result of the study, it suggested that the government prepare guidelines for the operation of the joint curriculum for vocational high schools, prepare a support system for the smooth operation of the joint curriculum, find diversity in the operation model of the joint curriculum considering the characteristics of the school, prepare guidelines for teaching and evaluation of the joint curriculum for vocational high schools, share best practices, seek support measures for each role of teachers participating in the joint curriculum, strengthen the role of provincial and provincial offices of education to revitalize the joint curriculum for vocational high schools, and improve the administrative work of the joint curriculum.
