유아교사 핵심역량 검사도구의 개발 및 타당화 연구

Development and validation of a core competency test for early childhood teachers

본 연구목적은 유아교사에게 필요한 핵심역량을 진단할 수 있는 검사도구 개발 및 타당화 과정을 도출하는 데 있다. 연구대상은 G지역에 종사하는 유아교사 200명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS version 22.0과 IBM SPSS AMOS 20.0 프로그램으로 신뢰도와 타당도 검증을 실시하였다. 자료 분석 결과, 첫째, 내용타당도 검증 및 탐색적 요인분석을 실시하였고, 최종적으로 개발된 유아교사 핵심역량 검사는 수업역량 27문항, 자기개발역량 20문항, 의사소통역량 17문항, 창의융합역량 20문항, 총 84문항이었다. 둘째, 본 연구에서 개발된 유아교사 핵심역량 검사의 타당도 검증 결과는 문항양호도와 문항 변별도, 구인타당도, 공인타당도, 문항 내적합치도, 검사-재검사 신뢰도가 적합한 것으로 확인되었다. 결론적으로 유아교사 핵심역량 진단검사는 타당성과 신뢰성이 확인되었으며, 핵심역량 진단 및 교사 역량 지원에 기여할 수 있음을 시사한다.

This study developed and validated a core competency test for early childhood teachers by assessing their ability to operate within the research-identified framework of skills and abilities that make up the decision-making process. Following a review of the literature search, preliminary testing and consultations, a final draft was developed and administered to 200 early childhood teachers in G cities. The collected data were verified for reliability and validity using SPSS version 22.0 and IBM SPSS AMOS 20.0 programs. This test consists of 84 questions: 27 questions for instructional competency, 20 questions for self-management competency, 17 questions for communication competency, and 20 questions for creativity confluence competency. Subsequent validation/reliability procedure findings demonstrate that the core competency test for young children is a reliable and valid test tool in terms of query quality, query distinction, construct validity, concurrent validity, internal consistency and test-retest reliability. In conclusion, the validity and reliability of the core competency diagnostic test for early childhood teachers have been confirmed and can contribute to core competency diagnosis and development support.
