여고생의 자기주도적 학습능력이 외모관리행동에 미치는 영향

Effect of Self-directed Learning Ability of Female High School Students on Appearance Management Behavior

본 연구의 목적은 여고생의 자기주도적 학습능력이 외모관리행동에 미치는 영향을 분석하는 데 있다. 자료 수집은 경남지역에 거주하는 231명의 여고생을 대상으로 2023년 7월에 실시되었으며, 설문지를 이용하였다. 자료 분석은 SPSS프로그램으로 빈도분석, 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, F검정, Duncan검정, 회귀분석이 사용되었다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 여고생의 자기주도적 학습능력에 대한 요인은 학습목표설정, 자기성찰, 학습의지, 학습회피, 학습흥미, 학습노력의 6개 차원으로 구성되었다. 여고생의 외모관리행동에 대한 요인은 성형수술, 체형, 패션, 헤어, 건강, 피부의 6개 차원으로 이루어졌다. 여고생의 자기주도적 학습능력과 외모관리행동은 월 평균 용돈, 가정 경제적 수준, 성적에 따라 부분적으로 다르게 나타났다. 이 중 성적은 여고생의 자기주도적 학습능력에서 의미 있는 차이를 보였다. 여고생의 자기주도적 학습능력은 외모관리행동에 부분적으로 영향을 미치는 변인으로 나타났으며, 특히 자기주도적 학습능력의 학습회피, 자기성찰, 학습흥미, 학습노력은 외모관리행동에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과는 청소년의 교육 지도 및 프로그램 기획 시 유용한 정보와 기초자료로 활용될 것으로 기대한다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between self-directed learning ability and appearance management behavior of female high school students. Data collection was conducted in July 2023 for 231 female high school students living in the Gyeongnam region, and a questionnaire was used. For data analysis, frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, F test, Duncan test, and regression analysis were used with the SPSS program. The results of this study are as follows. The factors of high school girls' self-directed learning ability consisted of six dimensions: learning goal setting, self-reflection, learning will, learning avoidance, learning interest, and learning effort. The factors of female high school students' appearance management behavior consisted of six dimensions: plastic surgery, body shape, fashion, hair, health, and skin. Female high school students' self-directed learning ability and appearance management behavior were partially different according to monthly average pocket money, family economic level, and grades. The double grades showed a significant difference in the self-directed learning ability of female high school students. Self-directed learning ability of female high school students was found to be a variable that partially affects appearance management behavior. In particular, learning avoidance, self-reflection, learning interest, and learning effort of self-directed learning ability were found to be factors influencing appearance management behavior. It is expected that the results of this study can be used as useful information and basic data for educational guidance and program planning for adolescents.
