Job Experiences of Women with developmental disabilities

본 연구는 여성 방달장애인의 직업생활경험 사례 연구이다. 차별문제로 사회적인 관심이 집중되고 있는 여성 발달장애인의 직업생활 속에서 겪는 경험을 듣는 것은 매우 의미가 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 여성 발달장애인의 직업생활의 본질은 무엇인가이다. 본 연구방법은 양적연구를 통해서 파악하기 어려운 주제를 심층적으로 분석할 수 있는 질적사례연구방법이다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 연구참여자들은 경제적 어려움과 열악한 가정환경 때문에 직업생활을 시작하게 되었다. 둘째, 직업생활하면서 인간관계의 불화와 열악한 근무환경 때문에 직업을 중단하고 싶지만 가족의 격려와 가족의 생계유지 때문에 참고 직업생활을 유지하였다. 셋째, 연구참여자들은 더 나은 직장 이전, 창업 등과 같은 꿈을 꾸면서 미래를 준비하고 있다.

This study is a case study of the work experience of a female person with a disability. This is very meaningful to hear the experiences in the professional life of women with developmental disabilities, who are socially interested in discrimination. The purpose of this study is what is the nature of the professional life of women with developmental disabilities. This research method is a qualitative case study method that can analyze in-depth topics that are difficult to grasp through quantitative research. The research results are as follows. First, the participants began their professional life due to economic difficulties and poor family environment. Second, during their professional life, they wanted to stop working due to discord in human relations and poor working conditions, but they maintained a reference professional life because of family encouragement and family maintenance of livelihood. Third, participants are preparing for the future by dreaming of a better job transfer and starting a business.
