발달장애인을 위한 복지기술 개발과정과 경험: ICT 개발자의 관점에서

The development process and experience of welfare technology for people with developmental disabilities: From the perspective of ICT developers

연구목적: 본 연구는 발달장애인을 위한 복지기술 개발과정에서 ICT 개발자의 경험과 그들의 관점을 확인하고 이를 통해 복지기술 개발과정에 대한 함의와 개선방안을 탐색하는 것을 목적으로 수행되었다. 연구방법: 본 연구는 발달장애인 복지기술 개발 경험이 있는 ICT 개발자 5명을 선정하여 초점집단면담을 실시하였다. 연구결과: 본 연구에서는 복지기술을 개발하는 전 과정에서 순환적인 소통과 협력이 전제된다는 사실을 확인하였다. 개발을 위한 사전준비 단계에서는 각 분야의 주요 개념과 용어, 기획과 개발 절차에 대한 상호 간 사전학습과 이해가 필요하고, 개발 단계에서는 충분한 사전협의, 개발 완료 단계에서는 지속적인 자료수집과 피드백을 통한 소통이 필요함을 도출하였다. 제언: 본 연구결과를 통해 구체적인 협력사례를 제시하고, 발달장애인의 복지기술 사용 피드백을 통한 사용성 및 효과성 평가 과정과 절차에 대한 후속연구의 필요성을 제안하였다.

Purpose of the study: The purpose of this study was to confirm the experiences and perspectives of ICT developers in the process of developing welfare technology for people with developmental disabilities, and to explore implications and suggestions for improvement in the welfare technology development process. Research Method: This study selected five ICT developers with experiences in developing welfare technology for the developmentally disabled. Researchers conducted a focus group interview with them. Results: In this study, it was confirmed that cyclical communication and cooperation are premised on the entire process of developing welfare technology. It was derived that prior learning and understanding of the main concepts and terms of each field and planning and development procedures are necessary in the preliminary preparation stage for the development stage, sufficient prior consultation in the development stage, and continuous data collection and communication through feedback in the development completion stage. Suggestion: Through the results of this study, specific cooperation cases were presented, and the necessity of follow-up research on the process and procedure for evaluating usability and effectiveness through feedback on the use of welfare technology for people with developmental disabilities was suggested.
