대학 교양 교육에서 상상력 교육의 실천적 사례 연구: <한성이마기난스>를 중심으로

A Practical Case Study of Imagination Education in University Liberal Arts Education : Focusing on <Hansung imaginans>

본 연구의 목적은 사례 연구를 통해 대학 교양 교육에서 상상력 교육이 어떻게 체계화되고 실천될 수 있는지를 고찰하는 것에 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 한성대학교에서 시도된 상상력 교육을 위한 교양 필수과목 <한성이마기난스> 개발 사례를 연구하였다. 구체적인 연구 질문은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 상상력 교양 과목은 어떤 내용으로 개발될 수 있는가? 둘째, 상상력 교양 과목은 학생들에게 어떤 교육적 효과를 낳는가? 본 연구는 연구계획 수립, <한성이마기난스> 교과목 개발, <한성이마기난스> 수업 적용, 자료 분석의 순으로 2023년 7월부터 2024년 8월까지 진행되었다. 자료는 2024년 1학기에 한성대학교 교양필수 <한성이마기난스> 교과목을 수강한 29개 분반 844명의 수업 만족도 설문의 주관식 결과를 중심으로 수집되었다. 분석 결과 도출된 상상력 교양 교과목의 개발 사례의 성과와 개선점에 대하여 교육학적 시사점을 제시하였다.

The purpose of this study is to examine how imagination education can be systematized and implemented in university liberal arts education through case studies. Accordingly, this study studied the case of developing the imagination liberal arts course <H Imaginans> attempted at H University. The specific research questions are as follows. First, what content can an imagination liberal arts course be developed with? Second, what educational effects does an imagination liberal arts course have on students? This study was conducted from July 2023 to August 2024 in the order of research planning, <H Imaginans> course development, class application, and data analysis. The data were collected based on the descriptive responses of class satisfaction survey of 844 students in 29 classes who took the H University liberal arts course <H Imaginans> in the first semester of 2024. The educational implications were presented on the performance and improvement points of the development case of imagination liberal arts course derived from the analysis results.
