대학생의 모애착이 대학생활적응에 미치는 영향: 자기위로능력을 통한 완벽주의의 조절된 매개효과

The Influence of Mother Attachment on College Life Adjustment: Moderated Mediation Effect of the perfectionism by Self soothing ability

본 연구는 대학생의 모애착이 대학생활적응에 미치는 영향에서 완벽주의의 매개효과와 자기위로능력의 조절된 매개효과를 규명하고자 하였다. 대학생 344명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시한 자료를 SPSS 18.0 및 SPSS PROCESS Macro 3.1을 사용하여 매개효과와 조절효과, 조절된 매개효과를 실시하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 모애착과 부적응적 완벽주의, 자기위로, 대학생활 적응은 모두 유의한 상관이 있었지만 모 애착과 적응적 완벽주의와 상관이 유의하지 않았다. 둘째, 모 애착이 대학생활적응에 미치는 영향에서 부적응적 완벽주의의 부분 매개효과를 나타났다. 셋째, 모 애착이 부적응적 완벽주의에 미치는 영향에서 자기위로능력의 조절효과가 나타났다. 넷째, 모 애착과 대학생활적응의 관계에서 부적응적 완벽주의가 매개된 상태에서 자기위로능력의 조절된 매개효과가 있었다. 이 결과 대학생의 대학생활적응을 돕기 위해 모애착, 완벽주의, 자기위로능력이 통합적 고려되어야 함을 시사한다.

The purpose of this research is to identify the mediating effect of perfectionism and the moderated mediating effect of self soothing ability on the relationship between Mother Attachment and College Life Adjustment in college students. The survey was conducted to 344 college students and data analysis was conducted through SPSS 25 and SPSS PROCESS Macro 3.1. The followings are the main results: First, mother attachment was not correlated with adaptive perfectionism. Second, maladaptive perfectionism partially mediated between mother attachment and college life adjustment. Third, self soothing ability moderated the relationship between mother attachment and maladaptive perfectionism. Fourth, On the relationship between mother attachment and college life adjustment, there was the moderated mediating effect of self soothing ability on the mediating effect of maladaptive perfectionism. Based on the results, the implications and limitations of this study were discussed.
