『造形敎育』 발간을 통한 연구 축적 및 이론적 체계 정립을 통한 정통성과 정체성 확립

By Accumulating Research and Establishing a Theoretical System Through the Publication of 『Art Education Review』 Establishing Orthodoxy and Identity

이 연구는 2024년 한국조형교육학회 40주년을 맞이하여 우리나라 미술교육 연구의 중추적 역할을 해 오고 있는 한국연구재단 등재 학술지인 『造形敎育』의 40년 동안 연구 성과와 향후 비전을 제시한 것이다. 『造形敎育』은 1985년 제1집이 발간된 이후 2024년 제91집(2024.9월 기준)까지 총 1,092편의 연구물이 수록되었다. 본 연구는 이러한 40년간 축적된 연구 성과를 다섯 시기로 나누고, 시기별 연구의 중점 주제어들을 도출하여 당시대 미술교육의 방향성을 짚어 보았다. 그리고 그동안 논의되었던 주된 성과를 분석하여 미래 사회가 요구하는 미술교육의 이론적 체계를 정립하고, 이를 통한 미술교육의 정통성과 정체성을 확립하고자 하였다. 나아가 우리나라 미술교육의 10년 이후 향방을 범세계적인 관점으로 2035년까지의 비전을 제시함으로써 우리나라 미술교육 연구자들의 역할과 미술교육이 미래에 나아갈 방향을 함께 모색해 보았다.

This study presents the 40 years of research results and future vision of 『Art Education Review』, an academic journal registered with the National Research Foundation of Korea, which has played a pivotal role in art education research in Korea in celebration of the 40th anniversary of the Korean Society of Plastic Education in 2024. A total of 1,092 research works have been published in 『Art Education Review』 since the first volume was published in 1985 until the 91st volume in 2024 (as of September 2024). The research results accumulated over these 40 years were divided into five periods, and key keywords for each period were derived to review the direction of art education at the time. And by analyzing the main achievements that have been discussed so far, we tried to establish a theoretical system of art education required by future society and establish the legitimacy and identity of art education through this. Also, by presenting a vision for the direction of art education in Korea after 10 years from a global perspective until 2035, we explored the role of art education researchers in Korea and the future direction of art education.
