PDCA 모형을 적용한 대학 CTL 프로그램 평가 및 환류체제 개발 및 적용

Development and Application of a University CTL Program Evaluation and Feedback System Using the PDCA Model

본 연구는 대학 교수학습센터(CTL)의 교수학습지원 프로그램의 품질 관리를 체계화하고 지속적으로 개선하기 위해 PDCA(Plan-Do-Check-Act) 모형을 기반으로 한 평가 도구를 개발하고 이를 통한 환류체제의 개발을 목적으로 한다. 문헌 연구와 전문가 델파이 조사를 통해 평가 도구를 개발하고, 이를 파일럿으로 적용하여 실효성을 검증하였다. 이 과정을 통해 CTL의 체계적 운영을 돕고, 프로그램의 질적 향상을 도모하였다. PDCA 모형의 각 단계인 계획, 실행, 평가, 개선을 기반으로 평가 항목과 지표를 개발하였다. 개발한 평가도구의 타당도와 신뢰로를 확인하기 위한 전문가 평가를 시행하여 프로그램 운영중 발생하는 문제를 진단하고 개선방안을 제시하도록 하였다. 파일럿 평가 결과, PDCA 모형은 CTL 프로그램의 품질 향상과 지속적 개선을 효과적으로 지원할 수 있음을 확인하였으며, 피드백 시스템을 통해 교수자와 학습자의 요구를 반영한 교육 서비스를 제공할 수 있었다. 연구 결과, PDCA 모형을 기반으로 한 CTL 프로그램 평가 및 환류체제는 CTL 프로그램 운영 과정 및 결과를 체계적으로 정리하도록 돕고, 결과적으로 프로그램 질 개선에 기여했다. 또한, 성과 관리와 환류 체계 구축의 실효성을 입증하고, 교육의 질적 향상을 위한 운영 전략을 제시하였다. 이 연구는 PDCA 모형이 대학 교육의 질적 향상을 위한 지속 가능한 관리 도구로서 유용함을 보여주며, 향후 다른 대학과 프로그램에의 적용 가능성도 높음을 시사한다.

This study aims to develop an evaluation tool based on the Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) model to systematize and continuously improve the quality management of teaching and learning support programs in the University Center for Teaching and Learning(CTL) and to develop a feedback system through it. Through a literature review and expert Delphi survey, the evaluation tool was developed and piloted to verify its effectiveness. This process helped CTL to work systematically and improve the quality of the program. We developed evaluation items and indicators based on each phase of the PDCA model: planning, execution, evaluation, and improvement. Expert evaluation was conducted to check the validity and reliability of the developed evaluation tools to diagnose problems and suggest improvement measures during program operation. The results of the pilot evaluation confirmed that the PDCA model can effectively support the quality improvement and continuous improvement of CTL programs, and the feedback system can provide educational services that reflect the needs of instructors and learners. The results of the study showed that the CTL program evaluation and feedback system based on the PDCA model helped to systematically organize the process and results of CTL program operation, which in turn contributed to the improvement of program quality. It also demonstrated the effectiveness of the performance management and feedback system and provided operational strategies for improving the quality of education. This study demonstrates the usefulness of the PDCA model as a sustainable management tool for improving the quality of university education, and suggests that it is highly applicable to other universities and programs in the future.
