대학의 교육과정 개발 연구대학의 ESG : A소단위 학위제 「ESG교양마이크로디그리 」개발 사례를 중심으로

A Study on the Development of ESG Curriculum in University : Focusing on the case of the development of 「 the ESG liberalarts micro-degreee」, a small degree system at University A

본 연구는 대학의 ESG 교육과정 개발 연구로서, A 대학의 소단위 학위제로 ESG교양마이크로디그리를 개발하고자 본 연구를 수행하였다. 이를 위하여 소단위 학위제도와 국내 대학의 ESG 운영 현황을 탐색하였으며, A 대학의 ESG 관련 교육의 대·내외 환경 분석을 수행하였다. ESG교양마이크로디그리의 역량을 도출하여 교육목표를 설정하였으며, 관련 교육내용과 교과목을 도출하였다. 그 결과 ESG교양마이크로디그리의 교육목표는 교양 수준에서 기업의 비재무적 요소와 지배 구조를 이해하고, 사회적 공존과 책임을 인식하는 데 있다. 본 교육과정은 학생들이 ESG의 가치를 바탕으로 지속 가능한 미래 사회를 구축하고, 기업과 사회의 발전에 기여하는 역량을 갖춘 인재로 성장할 수 있도록 하는 데 그 의의가 있다.

This study is on the development of the university's ESG curriculum, and it was conducted to develop an ESG liberal arts micro-degree with a small degree system of University A. To this end, the small degree system and the current status of ESG operation of domestic universities were explored, and an analysis of the internal and external environment of ESG-related education at University A was performed. The educational goals were set by deriving the capabilities of ESG liberal arts micro-degrees, and related educational contents and subjects were derived.As a result, the educational goal of ESG Micro-degree is to help students understand the non-financial elements and governance of companies at the liberal arts level and recognize social coexistence and responsibility. This curriculum is meaningful because it helps students build a sustainable future society based on the values of ESG and grow into talented people with capabilities that contribute to the development of companies and society.
