이 연구는 교육 설계에 대한 혁신적인 접근법으로서 반복적이고 유연하며 협력적인 방법론을 강조하는 연속근사모형(SAM)을 기업교육의 맥락에서 통합하는 방법을 고찰한다. 기존의 선형적이고 체계적인 모델과 달리, SAM은 현대 기업 환경의 빠른 변화와 복잡한 요구사항을 해결하는 역동적인 개발 틀을 제공한다. A사 특정직무교육 사례를 통해, SAM을 적용하여 준비, 반복적 설계, 반복적 개발 단계를 거치면서 지속적인 개선과 이해관계자 참여를 촉진하는 특징을 고찰한다. 학습자, 강사, 내용전문가 등 다양한 이해관계자의 결과와 피드백을 분석하여, SAM의 반복적 특성이 교육 내용의 관련성과 효과를 높이고 협업과 적응력을 촉진하는 문화를 조성하는 방법을 보여준다. 또한, 광범위한 협업의 필요성, 프로젝트 비효율성 가능성등 SAM 적용 과정에서 직면하는 문제와 이를 전략적 계획과 파일럿테스트를 통해 완화할 수 있는 방법에 대해 논의한다. 이 연구는 SAM을 효과적으로 활용하여 학습 경험과 성과를 향상시키는 실질적인 통찰력을 제공함으로써 HRD 연구에 기여할 수 있을 것이다.

This study explores the integration of the Successive Approximation Model (SAM), which emphasizes an iterative, flexible, and collaborative methodology as an innovative approach to instructional design in the context of corporate education. Unlike traditional linear and systematic models, SAM provides a dynamic development framework that addresses the rapid changes and complex needs of the modern corporate environment. Using the case of Company A's specific job training, the study examines the application of SAM through the stages of preparation, iterative design, and iterative development, focusing on its features that promote continuous improvement and stakeholder engagement. By analyzing the outcomes and feedback from various stakeholders, including learners, trainers, and subject matter experts, this study demonstrates how the iterative nature of SAM enhances the relevance and effectiveness of training content and fosters a culture of collaboration and adaptability. It also discusses the challenges faced in applying SAM, such as the need for extensive collaboration and the potential for project inefficiencies, and how these can be mitigated through strategic planning and piloting.
