어린이집 평가제 평가지표에 근거한 보육서비스 품질향상을 위한 상호작용 기록화 컨설팅 방안 및 적용

Consulting plan and application of interaction documentation to improve the quality of childcare service based on the Evaluation of Child Care Centers

어린이집 평가제에 근거한 상호작용 기록화 컨설팅 모형 구안을 위해 목적, 내용, 수행 방법을 중심으로 선행문헌 분석, 상호작용의 인식과 중요성 조사(빈도분석 및 교차분석), 포커스그룹 인터뷰, 전문가 타당화 절차를 진행하고, 구안된 상호작용 기록화 컨설팅 모형을 예비 적용하여 최종 상호작용 기록화 컨설팅 모형을 구성하였다. 또한 실험집단 교사 12명, 비교집단 교사 12명을 대상으로 최종 구안된 모형을 적용하였으며, 일원공변량분석·이원반복측정분석 및 사례분석을 통해 평가제 상호작용 평가요소의 증진 효과를 검증하였다. 연구 결과, 본 연구의 상호작용 기록화 컨설팅 모형 적용에 따라 상호작용 요소평가와 교사-유아 상호작용 평가에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구 결과에 기초하여 어린이집 평가제에 근거한 기록화 컨설팅 방안을 논의하였다.

To devise an interaction documentation consulting model based on the childcare center evaluation system, we conducted an analysis of prior literature focusing on the purpose, content, and performance method, investigation of the perception and importance of interaction (frequency analysis and cross-analysis), focus group interview, and expert validation review. The final interaction documentation consulting model was devised by preliminary application of the devised interaction documentation consulting model. In addition, the devised model was applied to 12 teachers in an experimental group and 12 teachers in a comparison group, and the enhancement effect on the evaluation system interaction evaluation factors was examined through one-way covariate analysis, two-way repeated measures analysis, and qualitative analysis. As a result of this study, it was found that the interaction documentation consulting had a positive effect on the interaction factor evaluation and the teacher-child interaction evaluation. Based on the results of this study, a documentary consulting method based on the evaluation system for daycare centers was discussed.
