열린어린이집 운영 연차에 따른 교사와 원장의 운영 실태

An Analysis of Differences between Teachers' and Directors' Perceptions and Needs According to the Annual Period of Open Childcare Center Operation

본 연구는 열린어린이집 운영 연차에 따른 교사와 원장의 운영 실태를 살펴보는 데 있다. 이를 위해 충청북도에 소재한 열린어린이집 교사와 원장 1년, 2년, 3년 차 이상 각 50명씩 총 300명을 대상으로 조사하였다. 열린어린이집 운영 연차에 따른 교사와 원장의 운영 실태는 일원배치 분산분석을 하고, 집단 간 차이를 알아보기 위해 샤페(Scheffé) 사후검증을 실시하였다. 마지막으로 교사와 원장의 운영 실태를 분석하기 위해 독립 t 검정을 실시하였다. 연구결과 교사의 운영 실태는 어린이집 공간의 개방성에서만 차이가 있고, 모두 3년 차 이상에서 가장 높은 것으로 나타났다. 3년 차 이상 열린어린이집 운영에 참여한 보육교사들은 기관과 가정의 신뢰 형성이 개방된 공간에서 시작되고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 원장의 운영 실태는 모든 하위 항목에서 차이가 있으며, 3년 차 이상에서 가장 높은 것으로 나타났다. 원장은 연차가 높을수록 열린어린이집을 운영하는 데 있어 보다 적극적임을 알 수 있다. 한편, 교사와 원장의 운영 실태 차이는 항목 전체 점수에서 교사가 원장보다 높게 나타났고, 지금까지 열린어린이집 운영 실태에 관한 연구는 있었지만, 연차별 운영 실태를 비교할 수 없었다. 이러한 결과를 통해 교사와 원장의 연차별 운영 실태를 비교함으로써 열린 어린이집의 운영을 더 활성화하여 질 높은 열린어린이집 운영의 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다.

The purpose of this study was to examine the differences between teachers’and directors’ perceptions and needs according to the annual period of open childcare center operation. The results of this study are as follows. First, there was a difference in the openness of childcare centers’ spaces according to the operation years of the childcare centers. Second, the result showed that teachers were all higher than the directors according to a survey on the operation status of the teachers and directors according to the third year of the childcare center operation. Third, the perceptions regarding operation status and the needs of open door child care showed that directors with more than three years of experience were the highest in all 10 sub-categories. Fourth, in the difference in the demanding perception between the teachers and directors according to the year of childcare center operation, the directors were higher than that of teachers in the first and second year of operations, but the teachers were higher than the presidents who had over 3 years of operational experience. Based on these results, the significance of this study is to provide basic data that can help prepare measures to improve and revitalize the operation of open childcare centers.
