보육교사의 장애관련 경험과 교사효능감이 통합보육태도에 미치는 영향

A study on Influence of Childcare Teachers' Disability Related Experiences and Efficacy Belief for the Integrated Childcare Attitude

선행연구에서 장애유아의 통합보육을 확대하는데 보육교사의 통합보육에 대한 태도가 중요한 요소로 나타나고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 보육교사의 장애관련 경험과 교사효능감이 통합보육태도에 미치는 영향을 알아봄으로써 보육교사의 통합보육태도를 증진시키기 위한 방안을 모색하는데 있다. 연구대상은 D시에 위치한 어린이집 보육교사 160명을 선정하여 설문지로 조사하여 분석하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 보육교사의 통합보육태도는 보통 수준이었고, 교사효능감은 보통 보다 다소 높은 수준이었으며, 특수교육과목 이수나 장애유아 통합경험 같은 장애관련 경험은 매우 낮았다. 둘째, 통합보육태도에 영향을 미치는 요인은 연령, 경력, 특수교육과목 이수 여부, 통합보육 경험 유무, 교사효능감 7개 변수를 투입한 결과 교사효능감만이 통계적으로 유의하게 나타났다. 이러한 연구 결과, 향후 보육교사의 장애유아 통합보육에 대한 태도를 향상시키기 위해서 교사효능감을 높이는 것이 중요하며, 보육교사의 장애관련 현직연수 강화와 통합보육에 대한 긍정적인 경험을 확대하는 유인책이 마련되어야 할 것이다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect degree of disability related experience and efficacy belief for the integrated childcare attitude. So, it surveyed on how do 160 childcare teachers recognize about the attitude for integrating disability infants. The major finding of the study were as follows: First, childcare teacher's intergrated childcare attitude was average level, teacher efficacy belief more high than average level, and disability related experience very low. The integrated childcare attitude of childcare teacher was no difference according to age and work duration. Second, the factors affecting the intergrated childcare attitude was only the efficacy belief of childcare teacher, but not affected age, work duration, and disability related experience. Hereafter, to improve the intergrated childcare attitude of childcare teacher need to ralise a efficacy belief of teacher and provide an in-service training courses of the integrated childcare of disability infant.
