역사동화를 활용한 교육활동이 유아의 리더십과 대인문제해결력에 미치는 효과

The effect of Education Activity using History Fairy Tales on Children's Leadership and Interpersonal Cognitive Problem Solving Ability

본 연구는 역사동화를 활용한 교육활동이 유아의 리더십과 대인문제해결력에 미치는 효과를 알아보는 것이 목적이다. 연구대상은 G광역시에 소재한 H유치원의 만 5세 유아 실험집단 21명, 통제집단 20명이었다. 실험집단 유아에게는 역사동화를 활용한 교육활동을 전개하였으며 통제집단 유아들에게는 생활주제 관련 동화활동을 적용하였다. 연구결과 역사동화를 활용한 교육활동을 실시한 실험집단의 유아들이 생활주제 관련 동화활동을 실시한 통제집단보다 리더십과 대인문제해결력에서 높게 나타나 유의미한 결과를 나타냈으며, 이러한 결과는 유아교육현장에서 역사동화를 활용한 교육활동을 활성화하는데 효과적인 교수․학습 방법의 대안이 될 수 있음을 시사한다.

This study is to examine the effect of education activity using history fairy tales on children's leadership and interpersonal cognitive problem solving Ability. Twenty-one 5-year-old children of experimental group and twenty children of control group were selected. Children of experimental group conducted education activity using history fairy tales and those of control group read stories related to the theme of life for total six weeks. As a result of study, children who experienced education activity using history fairy tales showed significant results in leadership and interpersonal cognitive problem solving ability. The results was very remarkable in developing and applying teaching and learning methods of the history education of biography activity for young children.
