교사-유아 상호작용 관련 논문의 연구동향 분석

An Analysis of Research Trend of Thesis on Teacher-Child Interaction

본 연구는 교사-유아 상호작용 관련 논문의 연구동향을 분석하여 향후 유아교육의 질적 수준 향상을 도모하는 교사-유아 상호작용 연구에 필요한 자료 제공하고자 하였다.『미래유아교육학회지』,『아동학회지』,『열린유아교육연구』,『유아교육연구』,『유아교육학논집』,『한국영유아보육학』의 6개 학술지에 게재된 36편의 교사-유아 상호작용 관련 논문을 분석하였다. 연구결과, 유아교육분야에서 교사-유아 상호작용과 관련된 연구는 매우 미흡한 것으로 나타났다. 연구내용으로는 교사가 보이는 상호작용 유형, 교사의 상호작용 유형에 따른 효과, 교사의 상호작용 촉진 방안 모색, 교사-영유아 상호작용과 변인 간의 관계성 연구, 교사-유아 상호작용에 대한 문헌고찰 연구, 소수계층 유아와의 상호작용의 6개 영역으로 구분되었다. 연구유형으로는 양적연구와 함께 질적 연구가 많이 이루어졌고, 연구대상은 교사에 초점이 맞추어져 있었으며, 유아 연령은 만5세와 영아에 치중되어 있었다. 자료수집은 관찰과 다중측정을 많이 사용하였고, 자료분석은 질적분석과 다중분석을 많이 사용하였다. 유아교육의 질적 수준 향상을 도모하기 위하여 교사-유아 간의 상호작용 연구가 활성화되어야하고, 향후 일상생활지도를 포함한 유아교육의 전반적인 분야에서 다양한 연령층의 유아를 대상으로 다양한 시각에서의 연구가 활성화되어야 함을 논의하였다.

The subject of this study were 36 pieces of Teacher-Child Interaction studies published by『Journal of Future Early Childhood Education』,『Journal of Child Studies』,『The Journal of Korea Open Association for Early Childhood Education』,『Korean Journal of Early Childhood Education』,『Early Childhood Education Research & Review』and 『Korea Journal of Child Care and Education』. The results of this study are as follows: Past studies regarding the interaction between teachers and children are quite poor and therefore this study attempts to shed more light on this issue. This study consists of six parts which are as follows: the types of interaction, the outcomes of the types of interaction, the searches of improvement of interaction, the correlation of variables affecting the interaction, the research of the thesis on the interaction by others, the interaction between teachers and the children in need. The study uses both the quantitive and qualititive methods with teachers mainly being the subjects of the study. The children involved in the study are mostly five-year olds and the rest are infants. Observation and measurements by group are used to collect information for the study. The quality analysis and the analysis of variables are also in use. Studying this interaction between teachers and children is important to develop children education. Studies focusing on different aspects of education should be encouraged, especially with the intent to improve children behaviour.
