옛이야기 그림책에 나타난 배려의 주체, 의미 및 배려적 사고

A Study on the Subjects and Meanings of Caring and the Aspects of Caring Thinking in Korean Folktale Picture Books

본 논문은 2000년대에 출판된 우리나라 옛이야기 그림책 74편을 연구대상으로 하여, 배려의 주체, 배려의 의미, 배려적 사고의 관점을 분석하고 있다. 연구 결과, 첫째 등장인물 중 배려의 주체로는 인간이 동물과 초자연물에 비해 월등히 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 배려의 의미 중, 자아에 대한 배려에 비해, 타아에 대한 배려의 예가 4배 이상, 타아에 대한 배려 중에서는 친밀한 대상에 대한 배려가 높게 나타났다. 셋째, 배려적 사고의 관점 중에서는 행동적 관점이 가장 높게 나타나고, 가치부여적, 감정이입적, 규범적, 정서적 관점의 순으로 나타났다.

This study is to analyze the subjects and meanings of Caring and the aspects of Caring Thinking in 74 Korean folktale picture books published after 2000. According to the results of this study, 1) the subjects of Caring are human beings (80.6%), animals (12.45%), supernatural things (6.95%) in orders. Adults (M+F) come out 5 times more than children (B+G) in the cases of human characters, and neutrals of animals (AN) are expressed 4 times more than adults of animals (AM+AF) in the cases of personification of animals. 2) Caring for others, in the meanings of Caring, are described 4 times more than Caring for self. And Caring for intimate (inner-circle) objects come out in 67% of Caring for others, strange or distant objects in 23.4%, and Caring for animals / plants / earth in 9.3%. 3) In the aspects of Caring Thinking, active aspects are described most frequently(25.1%), and valuational, empathetic, normative and affective aspects are followed. In conclusion, Korean folktale picture books show us that those can be used as educational materials for Caring Ethics in moral education.
