이야기나누기 수업의 운영 실태와 좋은 이야기나누기 수업에 영향을 미치는 요인

A Study on Large-Group Discourse, and The Analysis of The Factors Influencing Good Teaching for Large-Group Discourse

본 연구의 목적은 이야기나누기 수업의 운영 실태와 좋은 이야기나누기 수업에 영향을 미치는 요인을 알아보는데 있다. 이를 위해 유치원 교사를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 그 결과 운영 실태는 첫째, 이야기나누기 과정 중 ‘이야기나누기 시간을 마무리하고 다음 활동에 대하여 알린다’가 평균 3.33로 가장 높게 나타났으며, 다음으로 ‘목표에 부합하는 내용으로 진행한다’, ‘새로운 정보를 제공하여 유아의 지식과 경험을 확장한다’의 순으로 나타났다. 반면 ‘목표를 고려하여 종합 정리한다’, ‘내용에 따라 발문의 유형을 적절하게 구사한다’ 부분이 다른 항목에 비해 낮게 나타났다. 둘째, 82.1%의 교사가 다른 활동에 비해 이야기나누기 수업을 어렵게 느끼고 있었으며, 이야기나누기 수업 과정 중 42.4%가 전개 단계를 어려워하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 이야기나누기 수업에 대한 평가를 ‘가끔 한다’가 53.1%, ’자주 한다‘가 27.5%로 나타났으며, 평가의 시기로 ‘매일 한다’가 37.8%로 나타났다. 또한 좋은 이야기나누기 수업에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 원내장학을 실시하는 유치원의 교사 일수록, 이야기나누기 수업 후 자신의 수업에 대해 평가를 자주 할수록, 이야기나누기 수업 실행 시 어려움을 덜 느낄수록 좋은 이야기나누기 수업을 실시하는 것으로 나타났다.

The purpose of this study is to examine large-group discourse and the factors influencing good teaching for large-group discourse. For this study, a survey was conducted on kindergarten teachers. As a result, during the large-group discourse, 'teachers finish to class and let children know for the following activity' is the highest point 3.33. And show that ‘progress to conform with goal’, ‘provide information to expand the children’s knowledge and experience’. The other hand, ‘organize a comprehensive consideration of the goal’. Questioning the type of information, in accordance with speaks’ part process was lower compared to the other items. Next, 82.1% of teachers feel difficult to the Large-Group discourse than other activities, 42.4% of teachers feel difficult for proceeding step to the Large-Group discourse. Thirdly, evaluate 53.1% is “sometimes”, 27.5% is “very often” and 37.8% is “every day”. And they performe Good Teaching for Large-Group discourse, when they try to participate kindergarten-based supervision, make them less difficulty and accomplish to evaluate often after the Large-Group discourse.
