보육교사의 건강상태와 직무만족에 관한 연구

A Study on Childcare Teachers' Health Status and Job Satisfaction in Childcare Centers

이 연구는 보육교사의 건강상태와 직무만족에 관한 연구로 보육교사의 건강상태와 직무만족도를 알아보고, 일반배경 중 건강 상태와 직무만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인과, 건강상태와 직무만족도와의 관계를 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 C도에 소재하고 있는 보육교사 221명을 대상으로 설문조사를 하였고, 이를 바탕으로 연구 결과를 알아보았다. 연구 결과에 의하면 첫째, 보육교사의 질병상태를 신체기관별로 조사한 결과 소화기계의 질병을 가장 많이 경험하였으며, 둘째, 보육교사는 근무지역과 근무 경력에 따라 건강상태에 차이가 있었으며, 직무만족은 일반적 배경에 따른 차이를 나타내지 않았다. 셋째, 건강상태와 직무만족은 정적상관관계가 있었으며, 직무만족의 하위 영역인 직무자체, 근무여건, 인간관계, 보수, 사회적 인정과 정적 상관관계를 나타냈다. 위와 같은 결과를 바탕으로 논의 및 제안점을 제시하였다.

The purpose of this study was to examine what kind of and how many diseases childcare teachers have, the childcare teachers' health status and job satisfaction and the relationships between childcare teachers' health status and job satisfaction in childcare centers. Respondents of this study were 221 childcare teachers in ‘C’ province, and the questionnaire method was used. The survey of this study included questions regarding health status and job satisfaction of childcare teachers. The results indicated: firstly, the most frequent health problem of respondents involved the digestive system. Secondly, child care teachers' health status depends on their working area and the length of job career, but job satisfaction did not show any differences according to personal characteristic variables. Thirdly, childcare teachers' health status was positively related to job satisfaction. Based on the above results, some suggestions of this study were discussed.
