부모애착표상과 가족건강성이 예비영유아교사의 심리적 안녕감에 미치는 영향

The effects of pre-service early childhood teachers' parental attachment and family strength on their psychological well-being

본 연구의 목적은 예비영유아교사의 심리적 안녕감, 부모애착표상, 그리고 가족건강성의 전반적인 양상을 알아보고, 부모애착표상과 가족건강성이 예비영유아교사의 심리적 안녕감에 미치는 영향을 분 석하는 것이다. 연구대상은 서울시에 소재한 대학의 예비유아교사 양성과정의 1～4학년에 재학 중인 예비영유아교사 284명이며, 심리적 안녕감, 부모애착표상, 가족건강성을 질문지를 사용하여 조사하였 다. 연구결과는 첫째, 본 연구의 대상인 예비영유아교사들은 개인적 성장과 자아수용과 관련된 심리적 안녕감을 비교적 높은 수준으로 인식하고 있었고, 어머니와의 애착경험을 아버지와의 애착경험보다 보다 안정적으로 형성하고 있었으며, 가족건강성과 관련된 요인들 중에서는 가족구성원들 간의 유대 를 가장 높은 수준으로 인식하고 있었다. 둘째, 부모애착표상과 가족건강성은 예비영유아교사의 심리 적 안녕감과 긍정적인 관계가 있는 것으로 나타나 예비영유아교사가 어머니와 아버지와의 관계에서 형성한 애착경험이 보다 안정적일수록, 그리고 가족건강성을 높은 수준으로 인식하고 있을수록 예비 영유아교사들의 심리적 안녕감의 수준도 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 가족구성원들 간의 유대관 계와 어머니 애착표상은 예비영유아교사들의 심리적 안녕감에 많은 영향을 미치고 있었다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of pre-service early childhood teachers' parental attachment and family strength on their psychological well-being in Korea. The participants in this study included 284 pre-service early childhood teachers in Seoul. These pre-service early childhood teachers participated in a survey on their perceptions of their parental attachment, family strength, and psychological well-being. The results of this study are as follows. First, early childhood pre-service teachers' psychological well-being, parental attachment, and family strength were moderately higher than the mean score of the instruments. In the subcategories for the pre-service teachers' psychological well-being, positive interrelationship and individual life purpose had high scores. Pre-service teachers' attachment on their mothers was higher than on their fathers. And pre-service teachers' perceptions of the level of family strength was the highest in the sub-category of family members' positive relationship. Second, the correlation analysis revealed that pre-service teachers' parental attachment and psychological well-being, and family strength and psychological well-being were highly correlated. Stepwise regression analysis showed that pre-service teachers' perceptions on their families positive relationship and their attachment on their mothers influenced psychological well-being.
