유아체육교사의 체육교수효능감과 수업지식의 관계

The Correlation of Physical Teaching Efficacy and Instructional Knowledge of Children's Physical Education Teachers

본 연구의 목적은 유아체육교사의 체육교수효능감과 수업지식과의 관계를 알아보는 것으로 D와 K지역의 유아체육교사 130명을 대상으로 하였다. 유아체육교사의 경력과 학력에 따라 체육교수효능감 과 수업지식에 어떠한 차이가 있는지, 체육교수효능감과 수업지식과 어떠한 관계가 있는지를 알아보기 위해 유아 체육교수효능감과 유아 체육수업지식의 검사 도구를 설문지로 개발하여 빈도분석, 요인분석, 독립표본 t검증과 상관관계를 이용해 자료처리를 하였다. 연구결과, 유아체육교사의 경력과 학력에 따라 체육교수효능감(일반적, 개인적)에 유의한 차이가 나타났으며 하위요인별로 부분적인 차이가 나타났다. 수업지식에서 유아체육교사의 경력에 따라 모든 변인(수업목표지식, 유아이해지식, 수업전략지식, 교육과정지식)이 차이가 나타났으나 학력에 따라서 부분적으로 차이가 나타났다. 또한 유아체육교사의 체육교수효능감과 수업지식은 상관관계가 있으며 하위변인별로 부분적으로 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

The purpose of this study is to show the correlation between the physical teaching efficacy and the instructional knowledge of children's physical education teachers. The subjects of this study were 130 selected children’s physical education teachers who are teaching children ages 3 to 5 years in kindergartens and child care centers in D & K area. Data analysis included frequency analysis, factor analysis, T-test, and correlation. The results are as follows. There was a significant difference in the correlation between physical teaching efficacy and the instructional knowledge of children's physical education teachers. There was a significant difference in all areas of physical teaching efficacy according to the experience and the educational background of children’s physical education teachers. There was a significant difference according to the experience of children's physical education teachers in all areas of instructional knowledge. But there was only a partly significant difference according to the educational background of children's physical education teachers on the instructional knowledge.
