유아의 인지능력과 창의성이 상상적 내러티브 구조의 통일성과 응집성에 미치는 영향

The Effects of Young Children's Cognitive Abilities and Creativity on Young Children's Imaginative Narrative Structures

이 논문에서는 유아의 상상적 내러티브 구조의 통일성과 응집성의 변화 성장 형태와 성장률을 추정하여 상상적 내러티브 구조의 성장 모형을 제시하고, 이러한 성장 모형에서 유아의 인지능력과 창의성이 유아의 상상적 내러티브 구조의 통일성과 응집성 발달과 어떤 관련이 있는지를 탐색하는데 목적을 두었다. 본 연구의 최종 분석 대상은 남아 44명, 여아 46명, 총 90명이었다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 48개월부터 64개월까지 유아의 상상적 내러티브 구조의 개인별 변화양상을 파악하기 위해 선형 성장모형 분석을 실시한 결과, 유아의 상상적 내러티브 구조의 통일성과 상상적 내러티브 구조의 응집성의 개인별 변화양상은 높아지는 경향이 있었다. 또한 유아의 상상적 내러티브 구조의 통일성과 응집성의 초기값과 변화율은 개인 간에 차이가 있었다. 둘째, 유아의 인지능력과 창의성은 유아의 상상적 내러티브 구조의 통일성과 응집성의 초기값에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 유아의 인지능력은 유아의 상상적 내러티브 구조의 통일성 변화율에도 긍정적으로 영향을 미치는 변인이었다. 따라서 유아의 인지능력과 창의성이 보다 높을수록 유아의 상상적 내러티브 구조의 통일성과 응집성 수준은 높은 것을 알 수 있다.

By estimating changing patterns and growth rates of unity and cohesion of young children’s imaginative narrative structures, this study aims to suggest a growth model, and investigate influences of young children’s cognitive abil ty and creativity on the development of coherence and cohesion of the imaginative narrative structures. The subjects of this study were 90 young children(Male 44, Female 46). The results of this study were as follows: First, linear growth model analysis for examining individual changing patterns of imaginative narrative structures of young children aged from 48 to 64 months showed that individual changing patterns of coherence and cohesion of the imaginative narrative structures had a tendency to be enhanced, also, initial values and changing rates of coherence and cohesion of the imaginative narrative structures varied depending on children. Second, young children’s cognitive abil ty and creativity influenced on initial values of coherence and cohesion of the imaginative narrative structures, also, young children’s cognitive abil ty was a positively influencing variable on changing rates of coherence of the imaginative narrative structures. Therefore, the results indicate that the higher cognitive abil ty and creativity of young children are, the higher levels of coherence and cohesion of young children’s imaginative narrative structures are.
