부산지역 보육시설의 지역사회 연계 실태 및 요구조사 - 육아종합지원센터를 중심으로 -

Teacher’s Actual Condition of Community Connection and Needs for Child Care Support Center in Busan

본 연구의 목적은 보육시설에서의 지역사회 연계교육을 위한 지역사회 연계자원 활용 정도를 파악하고 지역사회 연계자원으로서의 육아종합 지원센터 활용 현황 및 요구를 분석함으로써 지역 실정에 맞는 육아종합 지원센터의 활성화 방안 마련을 위한 기초를 제공하기 위함이다. 본 연구는 부산광역시에 근무하고 있는 보육교사 332명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 수집된 자료는 SPSS 18.0 통계프로그램을 이용하여 빈도분석, 평균과 표준편차, 일원분산분석, Scheffe 사후분석을 실시하였다. 이에 따른 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 보육교사들은 지역사회 연계자원 중 물적자원은 공공기관, 인적자원은 노인자원봉사자의 활용이 가장 많았다. 또한 지역사회와의 긴밀한 협조체제 부족으로 인한 어려움이 가장 많았고, 개선방안은 현장학습을 위한 기관이나 시설확충과 지역사회와의 긴밀한 협조체제 구축이라고 하였다. 둘째, 보육교사들은 육아종합 지원센터 사업참여 경험은 있었으나 이용도에 비해 요구도 특히 정보사업에 대한 요구도가 높았다. 그리고 보육교사의 직위에 따라 정보사업, 조력사업에 대한 이용도와 요구도에서 유의한 차이가 있었고 경력에 따라 이용도는 정보사업, 조력사업, 요구도는 정보사업에서 유의한 차이가 있었으며, 학력에 따라서는 정보사업, 조력사업에 대한 이용도와 요구도가 유의한 차이가 있었고 근무기관 유형에 따라 조력사업에 대한 이용도에서 유의한 차이가 있었다.

The purpose of this study is to identify the current status of linking with community and needs for child care support center, depending on their position, career, level of education and type of the educational center. 332 child care teachers in Busan region were set as study targets. SPSS version 18.0 has been used to find analysis frequency, percentage, average, standard deviation, one-way analysis of variance and scheffe post analysis. The findings of the study are as follows: First, public institutions and silver volunteers were found to be the most useful elements when the current status of community connection was examined. The need to increase coordination with the community is a key reason for the improvemnet plan’s outlines for the expansion of institutions for field learning and maintaining it’s close cooperation systems. Second, when the teacher’s needs of a child support care center is examined, the needs value is higher than the using value. Their needs are the accessibility of business information, the manifested significant differences in teacher’s position, career, level of education and the type of the educational center.
