초등돌봄전담사의 직무역량 강화를 위한 교육요구도 분석

Analysis of the Educational Needs for Improving the Job Competency of After-School Care Staff in Elementary Schools

본 연구는 초등돌봄전담사의 직무역량 강화를 위한 교육요구도를 분석하고, 이를 토대로 연수 및 지원 전략 수립에 필요한 정책적 시사점을 제시하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 직무분석을 통해 초등돌봄전담사의 직무모형을 설정하고, 경기도교육청 소속 돌봄전담사를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 직무별 중요도, 실행도, 곤란도를 조사하였다. 설문 결과는 Borich 요구도 모델과 The Locus for Focus 모델을 활용해 분석하였으며, 이를 종합하여 우선순위가 높은 직무를 도출하였다. 분석 결과, 예산 운용, 외부 강사나 대체인력 등에 대한 채용과 관리, 학생 생활 지도, 학부모 면담 및 상담일지 작성, 급･간식 업체 선정 및 납품 확인, 수요조사 및 접수와 반편성에서 직무역량 강화를 위한 교육요구도가 높게 나타났다. 이를 바탕으로 초등돌봄전담사의 역량 강화를 위한 지원 및 연수 전략 수립을 위한 정책적 제언을 제시하였다.

This study aims to analyze the educational demands of after-school care specialist in elementary schools. A total of 721 data were used to investigate the importance, performance, and difficulty of each job. The Borich demand Model and The Locus for Focus Model were used to test survey results, and jobs with the highest priority were identified based on combined outcomes. As a result of the analysis, budget management, hiring and managing external instructors and substitutes, demand surveys and intake for student recruitment, student life guidance, interviewing parents, keeping a counseling documentation, selection and confirmation of meal and snack suppliers were identified as priority jobs that need to be strengthened. Based on these findings, policy were proposed to establish support and training strategies to improve the capacity of after-school care staff in elementary schools.
