학부모가 지각한 늘봄학교 인지도와 참여의도 간의 관계에서 관심도의 매개효과

The Mediating Effect of Interest on the Relationship between Elementary School Students' Perception of Neulbom School and Participation Intention

본 연구는 늘봄학교의 정책대상자인 초등학생의 참여의도를 향상하는 부분을 검토하기 위해 주요 의사결정에 관여되는 학부모 392명을 대상으로 늘봄학교에 대한 인지수준이 관심도를 거쳐 참여의도에 미치는 영향을 조사함으로써 학술적 차원과 실무적인 차원의 시사점을 도출하는 것에 목적이 있다. 이 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 설문조사를 진행하였고 통계프로그램을 활용하여 결과분석을 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 인지도와 관심도 간의 상관관계에서는 정적인 상관관계가 있었고, 인지도와 참여의도 간의 상관관계에서는 정적인 상관관계가 없었다. 관심도와 참여의도 간의 상관관계에서는 정적인 상관관계가 있었다. 둘째, 학부모를 대상으로 늘봄학교의 인지도가 관심도를 거쳐 참여의도에 미치는 영향에 완전매개 하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 시사점은 학부모를 대상으로 늘봄학교의 참여의도를 높이기 위해서 놀봄학교의 전반사항과 늘봄학교의 가치 중요성 정보를 인지할 수 있도록 교육, 간담회, 특강, 프로그램이 필요하다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of the level of awareness of Neulbom School on the participation of elementary school students, who are the policy target of Neulbom School, in 392 parents who are involved in major decision making. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, a survey was conducted and the results of the analysis using the statistical program are summarized as follows. First, there was a positive correlation between awareness and interest, but no correlation between awareness and participation, and there was a positive correlation between interest and participation. Second, it was found that the awareness of Neulbom School had a complete mediating effect on the degree of participation through the degree of interest for parents. The implications of this study are that education, social gatherings, special lectures, and programs are needed to increase the participation of parents in the school so that they can recognize the overall contents of the school and the importance of value.
