유아 창의 리더십 프로그램 개발 및 효과검증

Development and Effectiveness of the Creative Leadership Program for Young Children

본 연구는 유아 창의 리더십 프로그램을 개발하고 이를 적용한 후 프로그램의 효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 유아 창의성과 리더십에 관한 문헌고찰을 토대로 프로그램안을 구성하고, 프로그램안 내용타당도 및 적합성 검증의 과정을 거처 프로그램을 개발하였다. 유아의 창의 리더십 교육을 위한 유아 창의 리더십 프로그램은 교육목적 및 목표, 교육내용, 교수-학습방법, 평가로 구성되었다. 프로그램의 효과를 알아보기 위해 G시에 소재한 유치원 만5세 3반 유아 75명을 연구대상으로 선정하였다. 실험집단에는 개발된 프로그램을 8주 동안 주 3회 총 24개의 활동을 실시하였으며 비교집단에는 특성화리더십 프로그램, 통제집단에는 일반적 누리교육과정을 적용하였다. 본 프로그램의 효과를 밝히기 위해 창의성, 리더십, 대인문제해결력 검사를 실시하였으며 일원변량분석(one-way ANOVA)과 추후 검증을 위해 Duncan을 실시하였다. 연구결과 유아 창의 리더십 프로그램은 유아의 창의성, 리더십, 대인문제해 결력 모두에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

The purpose of this study was to develop the creative leadership program for young children, and to apply and test this program in order to prove effectiveness of the program. Based on reviewing literatures about young children's creativity and leadership, the draft version of program was organized, and the final version of program was developed through verifying content validity and appropriateness. For creative leadership education for young children, the creative leadership program for young children consisted of the purpose and goal of education, content of education, teaching and learning method, and evaluation. In order to examine effectiveness of the program, 75 young children who aged 5 attending kindergartens three classes located at G city were selected as subject of this study. The creative leadership program for young children was conducted in the experimental group, a specified leadership program was conducted in the comparative group, and a general NURI curriculum educational activity was conducted in the control group during 8 weeks, total 24 activities of the developed program were conducted by 3 times a week. The pre-and-post tests were conducted by creativity, leadership, and interpersonal problem-solving skills tools, and one-way ANOVA was performed for examining effectiveness of the program, and Duncan was performed for verification in the future. The result of this study revealed that the creative leadership program for young children had a positive effect on creativity, leadership, and interpersonal problem-solving skills of young children. This result suggest that the creative leadership program for young children can be provided basic information for exploring effective teaching and learning method of the creative leadership for young children.
