영아반 교사 민감성척도 개발 연구

The Development of the Infant Teacher's Sensitivity Scal

본 연구는 영아반 교사들의 민감성을 측정하는 도구를 개발하는데 그 목적이 있다. 민감성 측정도구의 개발을 위해 영아반 교사의 민감성을 정의하고 민감성의 구성요인에 따라 문항을 개발하였다. 본 연구의 대상은 서울과 경기도 지역의 어린이집에 근무하는 영아반 교사들로서 총 302명의 교사를 대상으로 질문을 통해 자료를 수집하여 문항을 구성하였으며 이렇게 구성된 문항들은 문항양호도와 신뢰도를 분석하였다. 우선 민감성의 구성요인과 기초문항을 구성하였으며 구성된 문항은 전문가들의 내용타당도와 문항양호도 분석을 통해 신뢰도를 떨어뜨리는 문항을 제거한 후 47개의 문항을 재구성하였다. 영아반 교사 민감성 측정도구의 47문항은 다시 탐색적 요인분석을 실시하여 총 5개요인 32문항으로 나뉘었으며 정서적 표현의 토대위에 이루어지는 5가지 행동적 특성들로 민감성이 표현될 수 있도록 개발되었다. 이러한 연구결과에 따라 영아반 교사 민감성척도는 전체 신뢰도 Cronbach’s α계수가 .93으로 나타나 신뢰도가 높은 도구이며 타당한 요인과 문항으로 구성되었음이 밝혀졌다.

The purpose of this study is to enable the infant teachers to measure their own sensitivity, recognize its level, and strive to foster it by developing the tool to measure the sensitivity, which is the important abil ty of teachers who are in charge of the infants. To develop the tool for the sensitivity measurement, the infant teacher's sensitivity was defined and the questions were designed by the organizing factors in the sensitivity. 302 infant teachers in child care centers located in Seoul and Gyeonggi province were surveyed. And through the collected data from the survey, the questions were created. After this task, the quality and reliabil ty of the questions were analyzed. First, the organizing factors in the sensitivity and basic questions were created. Among the questions, 47 questions were re-organized after removing the questions which lower reliabil ty by the experts' analysis of the content validity and the quality of the questions. 47 questions of the tool for measuring the infant teacher's sensitivity were again divided into 32 questions which fell into 5 factors by exploratory factor analysis and the organizing factors were developed to express the sensitivity with 5 behavioral characteristics which are formed based on emotional expressions.
