바다 어린이집 만 2세반 담임교사의 그림책 읽기과정에 대한 요구와 지원에 따른 변화

Changing According to the Needs and Supports in the Process of Teacher's Picture Book Reading in a Two-year-old Class

본 연구는 가정어린이집인 바다 어린이집 만 2세반 담임교사의 그림책 읽기 과정에 대한 요구와 지원을 통해 교사의 변화를 탐구하는데 목적이 있다. 만 2세반 담임교사가 경험하는 그림책 읽기과정에 대한 요구를 파악하여 연구자와 교사의 협의로 지원 후 교사의 그림책 읽기 과정에 대한 변화를 분석한 결과, 교사는 그림책 선정, 그림책 읽기과정에서의 상호작용, 그림책 특성에 따른 읽기 방법에 대한 요구와 지원을 필요로 하였다. 이에 대한지원을 통해 만 2세반 교사는 책 제목만 보고 그림책 선정에서 생활주제와 흥미를 고려한 그림책 선정하기, 일방적 그림책 읽기에서 상호교류가 있는 그림책 읽기, 형식적 읽기에서 즐기면서 읽는 것으로의 변화가 발견되었다.

The purpose of this study is to explore teachers' changes after complying with their requirements in the process of teachers' picture book reading in a two-year-old class. After analyzing teachers' requirements, teachers required specific guidelines on choosing the picture book, the manner of reading, and the interplay between teacher and children. The results of study were as follows: The teachers changed from selecting picture book by only title to selecting by contents and interests, from one-sided readings to interactive readings, and from token readings to thriving on readings.
