국내 유아교사학습공동체 관련 연구동향 분석

Analysis of Domestic Research Trends in Articles of Early Childhood Teachers' Learning Community

본 연구에서는 유아교사학습공동체에 관한 국내 연구들을 보다 체계적으로 분석·종합하여 연구동향을 파악하고 향후 교사학습공동체의 연구방향, 나아가 교사학습공동체의 실제와 실천의 개선에 필요한 방향을 제공하는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구의 분석대상은 한국연구재단 등재지 및 등재후보지에 수록된 논문과 석·박사학위논문으로 총 46편의 유아교사학습공동체 관련 논문들이다. 논문들은 연도별 연구동향, 연구 방법적 연구동향(연구대상, 연구유형, 자료수집방법), 연구주제별 동향으로 나누어 분석하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 연도별 연구동향을 살펴보면 2010년 이후 논문수가 증가하면서 현재까지 유아교사학습공동체 연구가 꾸준히 이루어지고 있었다. 둘째, 연구 방법적 연구동향을 살펴보면, 유치원교사를 대상으로 한 연구가 많이 이루어졌으며, 연구유형으로는 질적연구가 많았다. 자료의 수집은 질적자료 수집방법을 가장 많이 사용하였다. 셋째, 연구주제별 연구동향을 살펴보면 현직교사교육관련 주제를 다룬 연구가 가장 많았다. 넷째, 연구의 논의 및 시사점에 대한 동향분석결과, 자발적 교사학습공동체의 활성화를 위해 원장의 리더쉽 강화와 행정적 지원 및 전문가의 지원이 필요하다고 제안한 연구가 가장 높은 비중을 차지하였다.

The purpose of this study was to examine domestic research trends in articles of early childhood teachers’ learning communities in an effort to suggest some directions for future research efforts on professional teacher learning community. Additionally, this study also provides some information on how to improve professional teacher learning communities. Forty-six articles on teacher learning communities were selected academic journals that registered with the National Research Foundation of Korea or were nominated for registration with it. The articles were analyzed to determine research trends year, research methods(subject, type of research, data collection and data analysis) and research topics. The findings of study were as follows: First, as for research trends by year, the number of the articles started to increase in 2010, and steady research efforts have since been directed teacher learning communities to date. Second, concerning trends in research methods, early childhood teacher in many. In regard to the type of research, qualitative research was dominant. In terms of data gathering, multiple measurement method made use of two or more methods to collect data. As data analysis, qualitative analysis methods were prevalent. Third, in relation to trends research topics, case studies teacher education in early childhood education places were most common.
