R-러닝 교수능력 증진을 위한 유아교사 연수모형 개발

Development of Teacher Training Model for Improving Robot-learning Teaching Abilities in Early Childhood Education

최근 유아교육 현장에 로봇이 도입되어 활용되는 가운데 R-러닝에 대한 관심이 증가하고 있음에도 불구하고 아직까지 유아교사의 R-러닝 교수능력에 대한 자신감은 부족한 실정에 기초하여 본 연구에서는 유아교사들의 R-러닝 교수능력 계발을 위한 교사교육 프로그램 모형을 개발하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 문헌고찰, 유아교사의 R-러닝 교수에 있어서의 어려움에 관한 설문조사와 면담을 실시한 후유아교사 R-러닝 연수모형을 구성하였다. 구성한 연수모형 시안을 전문가 타당화 작업을 거쳐 최종완성하였으며 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 유아교사를 위한 R-러닝 연수목적은 교사의 로봇활용 교육에 대한 이해증진과 교수능력 증진이었다. 교육의 내용은 R-러닝의 이론적 기초, R-러닝과 유아발달, R-러닝의 기능과 콘텐츠, R-러닝 교수방법, R-러닝 교수실제로 구성되었다. 교육의 방법은 강의, 토의, 경험공유, 반성적 저널쓰기를 활용하였다. 연수 모형의 평가는 유아교사의 R-러닝 이해와 교수능력 증진효과를 검증하는 것으로서 양적 평가와 질적 평가를 모두 실시할 수 있다. 본 연구를 통해 유아교육에서 로봇을 활용한 교육이 활성화 되기 위한 시사점을 도출하였다.

The purpose of this study was to develop an R- learning early childhood teacher training model to enhance teachers' teaching abilities. For this reason, this study analyzed previous research studies related to the training of R-learning and a conducted survey and focus group interview of teachers. The features of the developed model are as follows: The purpose of this training model is to improve early childhood teachers' professional teaching efficacy. The educational contents of this model consist of 'understanding the r-learning concept', ‘understanding robot based learning contents', 'understanding the functions of a robot', and 'planning and implementing r-learning'. The process of r-learning teacher training was developed according to three steps of teacher development, including the following: showing interest in robots, applying r-learning in teaching, and innovation in r-learning. The evaluation of the developed model was done with using quantitative and qualitative methods to the efficacy of test of r-learning teaching journal writing, etc.
